To be honest, he hasn't left his underwater palace in so long, he had almost forgotten what it was like to be above water. He wrinkled his nose and swam to shore, testing the sand a bit before standing and looking over to where Gamzee's hive was. He walked toward it, mind suddenly filled with thoughts of WHY he was going there. In all honesty, he had a bit of a crush on the Gamzee from his original timeline, she certainly was a sweetheart. He was sure, if he'd talked to this Gamzee more often, it wouldn't be much different. He stopped outside of Gamzee's hive, taking a deep breath before knocking on the door.
