🎀My Safe Tips🎀
after a month, i can definitely say it gets way, WAY better. i always thought losing almost 30lbs in exactly a month’s time would be near fucking impossible. the most i expected was about 10lbs max??? it just seemed like i would never even reach the 150s honestly. but hard work pays off! so stick to it and keep going!
it may seem fruitless in the beginning, but don’t give up!
here are some tips to promote HEALTHY weight loss:
🍏never ever eat after 5 pm; like ever. i found this helps a shit ton for me personally.
🍎aim to drink at least 2-3 (no more than 3 MAX) liters of water a day; being sure to space them out so you don’t get nauseous.
🍐cut down on carbs, sweets, and high sodium food products; or simply cut them out altogether, whatever floats your boat.
🍊try to only fast for 3 out of 7 days of the week; which may seem ludicrous, but i swear it works in getting me past my plateau.
🍋also if you get lightheaded while doing so, eat something sugary (like a spoon of honey or a single Hershey kiss) to help keep you from fainting.
🍌drink a TON of water too, we want you to stay hydrated and safe!💕
🍉when exercising, be sure to stretch before and after every workout; it helps in reducing the future soreness of your muscles.
🍇also appropriate foot wear (along with light, flowy tops) is a must.
🍓calorie and exercise trackers are a gift from god tbh; i use YAZIO.
🍈if you feel hungry, please eat at least a bite or two, it won’t kill you, i swear.💞
🍒allow yourself treats every once in a while, like homemade blueberry lemonade or low-calorie frozen yogurt.
🍑try not to do extreme diets too often; i find it lowers the weight loss every time.
🍍hot baths with Epsom salts are a lifesaver in my opinion (they help lose weight), and i love to drink chilled ice tea while relaxing and scrolling through healthy recipes.
🥥watch mukbang if you feel like binging; i personally tend to go overboard with binging, so this helps considerably.
🥝but most importantly: STAY SAFE!

Haven’t posted in over a month... My weight has been up and down, I’ve been starving/binging/starving and then back to binging again. My depression is now so severe that I barely leave my bed. Funny how the only times I feel happy are when my stomach is growling... I’m starting to think that it is impossible for me to live a ”normal” life and eat at the same time.
