sometimes i think that maybe, just maybe i’m rushing things for no reason at all. danny’s right - i’m still young, and it’s not like there’s any real reason for me to rush things. i know that. but there are days when i feel like a ticking time bomb. like i waste every second that passes just... getting old. dying.

maybe i’m exaggerating, but that’s basically what it means to live. i keep telling myself that it’s just the way things are supposed to be for me but i don’t want things to be that way for me so it only makes me feel even more restless. anxious. on edge. how do i turn off that part of my brain? i would love to do that. just for a little bit. just... long enough to remember what it feels like to live without unnecessary worries.
