Yes, at least from what I’ve seen with my other friends who have quadmates. They’re usually sappy and very caring for them.

(( So just a little backstory about this gal. She’s a freelance scienterrorist, specializing in highly advanced tech like robotics and cybernetics, ect. Science is her girlfriend and she isn’t interested in much else (video games, science, mountain dew, cool science themed socks p much). She has no sense of smell and is effectively blind without her goggles, which she designed and built with the assistance of a lab tech. She lost her sense of smell and most of her sight in a lab accident. She lost her left hand in the same accident and built herself a robotic replacement. Her only real allegiance is the the pursuit of knowledge and the advancement of science. 

 She wears a back attachment with several (5-6 at any given time) long robotic limbs that are sort of tendril or tentacle like (think doc oc). She doesn’t have a super good idea of what is or isnt socially acceptable or appropriate because she hasn’t spent much time around anyone outside of her lab. She’s been gently nudged by a lab assistant who managed to become sort of friends with her to try and reach out to more people. She’s treating it like one big experiment because it’s the only way she knows how to comfortably approach most topics.))
