#Ok did some quick research about BAC and how quickly alcohol is moved in our bodies and if he drank strong enough liquor pretty consistently #He should be able to actually get drunk and stay drunk #Like if he drank 9 50% alcohol shots in an hour per hour and he burned through it at a rate of x4 higher then normal he could get blasted #steve rogers #I love science <3
