Have you looked at veganism, like raw vegan or mostly fruits and veggies. When I first started I gained, but then I lost weight, which I gained back because I started eating more cooked foods and chips and junk but it actually works if you stick to it.
Yes but it's a little too restrictive for me at this point in my life but when I'm older and have more money for my own groceries I will most likely be vegan or vegetarian at least. Xo

Foodies I need help w a breakfast idea!!!
I normally get a certain omelette and I'm a bit bored of it so I'm brainstorming a new one. So far I got egg whites and Canadian bacon but what kind of veggies go good with Canadian bacon??? Any suggestions?

Hello, I have a goal of losing 26 pounds. I try very hard to start up my diets again, workout and drink lots of water, but I haven't been able to get past day one lately. This morning I went to the gym, drank two bottles of water, and was eating healthy, but then binged in the evening. Do you think this could be emotional eating? Or something Else? Do you have any kind advice you think would help? I'm very desperate for something.
I used to have trouble getting past day 1 and I'm not sure if you're having difficulty for the same reason I was but what helped me was to stop thinking that being healthy had to be done 100% perfectly. It's something you work toward and something you have to work on a little bit everyday. So instead of making it a huge thing you have to start one day, just try being like ok I'm gonna make a few healthier choices. For example, don't say okay I have to cut out all day and feel bad about having/wanting something fatty (like fried rice from Chinese take out). Instead order a healthier version like brown rice and have mostly brown rice w a spoonful of fried rice mixed in. So you're not depriving yourself what you think is bad. Then you'll start to notice you feel better after you eat healthily and you'll want to avoid eating unhealthy because you won't like the way it makes you feel anymore. Same thing w the gym. Don't force yourself to go for 2 hours every morning. Try going for 30 mins one day and you'll notice you feel better without it being a daunting task you kinda want to avoid. And then in the future you'll want to supplement your diet with healthy things because you'll see them for the ways they could provide you nourishment and they'll actually taste better because they'll taste cleaner. You'll start preferring fruit based deserts over cake and a giant fruit bowl with breakfast instead of a muffin and a veggie based meal instead of a dairy based one. The same w he gym... You'll wanna try new work outs because you'll be excited to see how they effect your body. And you'll be looking for ways to exercise in daily life like you might start choosing a hike w friends instead of going to the movies with friends or even just going for a walk. It's little physical activity but when it's supplementing a workout, and you're just leading a generally less sedentary life and eating better too, it makes a huge difference! Hopefully this helps, and I hope you don't mind if I publish this because it may be some help to a few others!! Xo
