What 2022 taught me:

Don’t be afraid to leave your comfort zone. It’s the scariest thing to think about but also realize it’s easier to be comfortable and never grow than it is to grow. Growth isn’t always easy. Growth makes us better though. Growth comes with a lot of patience, understanding and acceptance. With growth you can love yourself deeper. With love you can be kinder easier. When you’re kind others are happy and so are you.
