I might do, I have actually yet to play life and death (I haven't bought any of the packs since before lovestruck) but I just spent the afternoon updating mods and stuff so I might be going in game and seeing what I can add to the challenge soon!

Started the Sims in Bloom challenge so here's the first couple weeks of my sim Daisy Bryant's first few weeks

Lots of gardening. Gardening is actually one of my favorite skills in the sims for making money and just in general.

Got engaged and married her wife Riley Wiseman.

started the sims in bloom challenge some time ago! here's my first gen: daisy! and also her wife leila :)

Aspiration — freelance botanist

Career — gardening

Max Skills — gardening, fishing, fitness

Live on a lot with the lot challenge "Simple Living"

Grow a cowplant and keep it alive for as long as you live (if it dies, immediately plant a new one)

Say hello to Daisy Bloom! 🌼 I created this stunning Sim for the Sims in Bloom Legacy Challenge by @a-sims-garden, and I'm absolutely in love with her! 💛

Gen 1 - Daisy (white, yellow)

Gardening has always been your passion. Owning a large, healthy garden is all you’ve ever wanted in life, even if your nails constantly have soil under them and you have so many broken pots you’ve lost count. Your happy place is meditating in the shade of the fruit trees that you grew yourself from tiny saplings. You sit and wonder what your family will grow to do, and hope that they will flourish just as beautifully as your garden has. This is the start of your family legacy!

Aspiration: Freelance botanist

Traits: Cheerful, clumsy, loves outdoors

Career: Gardening

Skills: Gardening, fishing, wellness

Live on a lot with the lot challenge ‘Simple living’

Grow a cowplant and keep it alive for as long as you live (if it dies, immediately plant a new one)

Grow 5 perfect plants

Marry a sim who also has the ‘loves outdoors’ trait

General rules

For each generation complete the designated aspiration, career, and skills.

Asterisk * marked points are optional, you can choose to complete these to make the challenge more difficult.

There are two colours associated with every generation. Use these for genetics (berry/banilla), or just clothes and house decor if you wish.

Start each new generation with a small house/apartment and 1000 simoloeons. If you want to make the challenge harder, you can start each generation on an empty lot with 0 simoleons (rags to riches style!)

Play on any lifespan you wish (short is not recommended).

Long time no post! Yes, I'm still alive!

Sorry it's been awhile I've been active on here. As it does sometimes, life has gotten in the way of me playing the sims.

I've still been lurking around and keeping up with my favourite sims stories, but I've gotten a few asks and tags built up which I will try and get around to some point soon!

I have not played or updated my game since last July (I haven't even bought Love Struck yet 😅 ) so I'm not sure if I'll start posting soon since I'll need to go through my mods as well. I might dip my toe in Sims 2 again though, everyone playing the new release has given me the itch!

So yeah, hopefully I can be a bit more active on here soon! Hope you are all having a great day/night! 💛

*spoiler alert* I did NOT have time to update my game 😅

We're heading to Japan tomorrow so there definitely won't be any new sib posts over the next month but I'll probably post some tourist-y pictures for you at some point!

Apologies for lack of sib posts recently!

I've been reading a lot recently (just started the Stormlight Archive!) and not been playing video games much at all (although I have dipped my toes in Fields of Mistria which is super cute!) and just been tired from work a lot 😣

BUT I'm actually quitting my job at the end of this month, and going on a month long trip to Japan halfway through September, so if I have time/motivation to update sims and update all my mods I might have some posts in between then 😅

What counts s a "small house" for the sims in bloom challenge? Thank you in advance!

Sorry this ask is a month old! I'm terrible at replying to things on time 😅

By small house I mean like a starter house (under $20000) or like a tiny home! Something that a fresh young adult can afford basically (unless they have super rich parents lol)
