They blinked, and smiled a little."Oh you're just trying to flatter me...how did I manage to help with those things?" They asked, genuinely curious. They didn't think of themselves as inspiring.
a-small-fate:
They sighed, leaning back on the couch as they smiled softly.“What was your favorite part about this year…” He mumbled, glancing at the male who treated their wounds.
“Oh, a lot of things. I like to live my years in three simple tasks; Learn, Teach, and Spread Joy. If I have learned something or learned of someone, then I have learned. If I managed to tell something new to someone, I have taught. And if I managed to make someone’s life a little better, I have spred joy. I feel as though I did a sufficient amount of those things.” He paused a moment, looking up at the child as he did. “You’ve certainly helped me in quite a few of those things.”

They sighed a little to themselves, figureing that is what the response would be. They glanced around, and not knowing how to say it was them. Calling out wasn't a good idea thanks to their size. They simply, as lightly as can be, knock on the door with their beak.
Sorry In Advance
Hayden wasn’t quite sure how this happened. All they did was simply bursting with energy, and then they were back to their old self again. Everything looked so small, like it was a play pen, but their heart stopped the minute they heard the door open. Hayden always played around in the yard with some children in town, so it wasn’t a bad thing when they were gone for a while. Now all they could do was stare at their father figure, terrified for his reaction.

The child then spotted the feline, and smiled as she held up a finger to her mouth, ushering her to be quiet with a smile as she got a cookie, and flinched as her magic went out, and she fell to the ground, holding the cookie jar tightly. She quickly hid it behind her back with a nervous smile."Nothing!"

Tortus gave her a smile. “Thank you sweetheart.” He walked away from the cupboards to go back to work.
She quickly used her magic to climb to the top, and open the cabinet, smiling.
Tortus hadn’t seemed to notice his request had been ignored. Though, a certain feline had. With an amused toothy grin, she watched from her perch atop the bookshelf. She did nothing else but watch this event unfold.

Harmony looked at him, and nods."I don't have a plan but- I need to leave here as soon as possible or hide here forever.." She mumbled, clenching her hands together.
Harmony sat down on a rock in the Lost Woods, sighing softly. She escaped from her mother, clenching the rock as blood seeped from her wounds, she called out for help, before fainting, rain washing off the blood, or at least most of it.
The Happy Mask Salesman had been travelling for some time, and was by now hoping to get out of the rain before he and his beloved masks might end up completely soaked through. It wasn’t the warmest night either, but the redheaded man kept on smiling all the same.
That is, until he heard a feeble cry.
Immediately putting his guard up, but concerned by the noise, he moved in the direction it had come from with a great deal of caution that only died down when he came across a young girl lying out cold.
“Oh… oh my. Little one?” he called upon approaching. No answer. “Young lady, hello? Can you hear me?”
Gently supporting the girl, he tried to sit her up at first to see if she’d wake, only to soon decide to pick her up and make for the nearest shelter. She looked injured, and it was raining far too much.

The little girl looked to him, almost giving him a look, as if scanning him. As she saw, she shook her head."I don't trust people in this town...besides I need to leave as soon as possible anyway..." She mumbled, clenching his hand."I beg of you..."

She shook her head quickly. That was an easy statement to agree on she believed. She never trusted herself, and that was very apparent. The innocent look she gave him said that clearly.
"I don't really have a plan...never have and I don't believe I need to...right?" She asked, and tilted her head at her own statement, thinking deeply about it.
