Morning fellow sophisticators, I've decided to do #mydesertislandread created by the classicist herself @ziba.reads. If you don't follow her, you must be asleep or something. Anyway lol, #mydesertislandread would be The Picture of Dorian Gray. Go figure. I'm not an island girl so this book (my all-time FAVE) would be a helpful reminder to the workings of society while being island-bound. 😄👌 So far I'm really liking Pride and Prejudice so that's awesome. Also I don't think I've ever mentioned this before, but I live in a library district condo (AKA the building next to mine is the Fort York Library) and my suite is actually called the Jane Austen suite and upon moving in we were given the copy of Pride and Prejudice I posted earlier as a gift from the library gods. How fitting. Morning sophisticators! I'm going to try to do a few tags today because I haven't been very active lately 😅. This tag is so much harder than it looks but I love the way it turned out. Thanks to @every.other.fandom for the #infinitepages tag 💪💪. So I finished Red Queen the other day and it was...okay. The first 350 pages were so hard to get through but I loved the ending! The plot twist wasn't really a plot twist. Anyone with half a brain would see that one LOL. Not bad but don't buy it in hardcover people, save your money. 😄🙌 That's just my recommendation 😜✌️.
