“He’s escaping from his work.” The older man sighed, his face clearly showing how fed up he was from all Liang Xu’s shenanigans. He was murmuring something that was too vague to hear. But from some words that can be recognized, it was clear that he was complaining about that trouble-maker.
Noticing the lady’s reaction, he got a feeling that the lady too was quite... experienced with some problems Liang Xu caused. “Again? You sounded like already experienced with his shenanigans, miss...”

She nodded slowly, looking around. And then she stopped. Funny…Liang Xu had never mentioned anything about being a prefect before. And that confusion showed up in the form of scrunched brows. “I…don’t believe I’ve met the prefect in this area. If I have his name, I may know him that way…? I know several people fitting that physical description, sadly.” Obviously, she couldn’t turn and give the possible-prefect a pointed look, but she could drag out his misery while she did some information gathering. Knowing him, he probably got into trouble again…
The older man didn’t seem to mind Lang Su’s request. Apart from that, he seemed kind of feel bad he wasn’t being specific and making her confused. “His name is Liang Xu,” he answered.
He was curious of why this lady want to know the name of person he mentioned. Normal strangers usually don’t ask that deep, or… maybe it was just his hunch who told him that? Could it be she was acquainted to a person he was trying to search? Curious, he asked again, “Do you know him?”

This time, in full, she was struck by the similarities of the two. It wasn’t too presumptuous to assume they were brothers…was it? “Well…I…”
She gave him a shy smile and a short bow of the head in apology. “There seems to be no shortage of delinquent-appearing officers. Could you tell me more about this…delinquent person?”
“His height is around this tall...” The older man said as he raised his right hand, referring Liang Xu’s height with it. It was not an accurate measurement but it he pointed the height right, as if he met this officer quite enough. “...has a brown hair and brown eyes...”
“He might not look like one if you know him, but he’s actually a prefect around this area...”

The older man was wearing an armor with green as its dominant color. Perhaps he was from Shu kingdom. He has a bit long dark brown colored hair. His eyes were same as Liang Xu, making him look a bit like the delinquent officer Su just met earlier but a lot more mature.
“May I ask if you see a certain officer wandering around here?” he asked again. “He wears a green colored outfit, has a short messy hair, looks like a delinquent person.”
Liang Xu was running towards Su, seemed being chased by someone. "Su, please, hide me!" he said as he quickly hide himself behind the hut near her. Before she can even ask for explanation, Xu already gestured to her to not tell anyone about his hiding place and hid himself again. Shortly after that, a man who looks older than him suddenly ran to the same direction and looked around. "Excuse me, young lady. May I ask you about something?" he asked Su as he bowed. Today had been a nice day to do some patchwork. The last training session had left her jacket roughed a little worse than usual. The keyword was had been.
Liang Xu’s frantic voice rang out, breaking her concentration to the point where she could’ve easily stabbed herself with the needle. When she finally looked up, he was nowhere to be seen--the only person she saw was a stranger.
“Ah,” she nodded back. “How can I help you sir?”
And what did you get into now, Master Liang...?

Su simply rolled her eyes at his response. He should know that she wasn’t very much for the drunken life, much less the stench of it. Much less the effects of it, either.
She gasped, parts appalled, parts shocked, but parts concerned. “Master Liang Xu…” She groaned, putting a hand to her head. The floors were terrible to clean if it stained. “You need to take better care of your health for your sake…if not mine.”
Liang Xu groaned as he wipes his mouth clean (for him at least...). “Yeah, yeah... I know... I know...” he replied. He leaned his back to the chair again, feeling a bit light-headed. The after-effect of drinking did leave a uncomfortable feeling for him. Perhaps he should consider Su’s words and drink less...
“Hey, can you bring me some water?” He said, sounded a bit like mumbling as he held his head. His head must feel like hell because of the hangover effect he was having.

Su was even less convinced. As he lurched forward for a hug, she stepped to the side to escape his arms. One more step and she would be out of the room. “No. Master Liang Xu, I think it’s best if you sit down for a while. This is no way to hold a conversation between old friends.”
Fortune still sided with the lady, Liang Xu growled in annoyance for a moment before he threw his ass back at the chair behind him. “Alright, alright! Geez... You’re not fun at all...” he raised his tone, definitely annoyed with her. After that, a strange silence treatment was given to her. It was unlike him to not say a word at all consider how talkative he was recently. “Hey, Su... Do you know where--” he didn’t even finish his word before he quickly bowed to the floor, vomiting.
“Urgh... Guess I drank a bit too much...” he said with a weaker tone, wiping his mouth with his arm.

Seeing the lady was not convinced by his 'friendly' hug, Liang Xu became annoyed. Fortunately, he wasn't angry, yet... He was just pouting in his reddened face, making him more like a childish person than a strong adult.

"Duh... Come on, Su! What about the hug?! Give me some first!" he ranted, didn't care about the lady's annoyance towards his alcoholic smell.

“Of course not! I was just partying.” he replied. Unfortunately, he was in drunk condition. His words might be right, or might be just a mere babbling. “Guess that I drank too much. Welp, that’s some good wine though... can’t just deny it.” he said again nonchalantly. Xu stared at the lady for a moment before putting a smile at his reddened face. A smile full of meanings.
“Come on now, don’t be so stiff! We don’t meet each other for a long time. How about a hug?” he said with open arms, as if he was ready to get a hug from the lady.

“I was busy!” Xu shouted, letting all of his stress out with annoyed tone.
Without any hesitation and permission (as always) he went inside. He seemed can’t walk normally, as if he could fall anytime. And just like that, he landed his butt at the nearest chair in his most comfortable position.
“Hey, can I stay here for a night? I’m so tired…” he asked, this time with softer tone than before.
That chair ended up being the one at her desk.
Su let out a soft huff, shaking her head–if she could count on one thing, it was that Liang Xu had a knack for finding her. Sometimes at moments where his presence shouldn’t be appropriate.
She turned and took a few steps towards his side. “Master Liang Xu, you cannot storm into my quarters and expect me to house you that easily.” She never said no, however. “Were you bothering the local bars again?”

Headcannon - Siblings
Liang Xu has one older brother. His name is Liang Qian. Unlike Liang Xu, Liang Qian is strict, well-mannered, and ethical. He often smacks Liang Xu in the head every time he knows Liang Xu is making troubles. It makes Liang Xu feels annoyed of his brother. But, even though they argue a lot, they actually respect each other and care for each other.
#headcannon#((I can RP as Liang Qian if you like... just mention him if you want to interact with him ^^))

emeraldgale:
Ah, finally the girl could get back to her meal. She giggled happily at the thought. She hadn’t realized how hungry the chase had made her. It was time to buy another meat bun. Hopefully no one would be there to ruin her beautiful time with the lovely bun this time.
She went to the nearest meat bun stall that she could find and bought another bun happily, totally forgetting what had just happened. Well, that was until she met with her chaser again. Oh. My. God. She sighed deeply.

“Are you following me?” She asked, annoyed as she pointed an accusing finger at the man. “Just telling you, but I didn’t steal this, okay? I bought it. B, o, u, g, h, t, bought it.” She emphasized.
Xu just stared at the girl. She seemed strange and annoying at the same time, and that was really a pain in the neck. He thought their ‘business’ was done a moment ago. And now, there she was, bringing up that again. He sighed heavily and scratched his head. His gesture and expression were clearly showing that he was annoyed by the girl’s attitude.
“I’m not following you, lil’ girl. And who says you’re stealing that anyways?” he replied, also with annoyed tone. Xu then turned his attention at the man who was selling the meatbun. “Hey, old man, I want two of these.” he said. The seller was clearly an old and kind man. He also seemed already knew Xu. “Of course, my lord.” he said while giving Xu his friendly smile.
“Hey, hey, don’t call me that, old man. Just call me ‘Xu’.” he replied with ‘brighter’ tone. He realized the girl was staring at him. Feeling uncomfortable by it, he turned his attention back at her.
“What?”

((Btw, as you can see… I’m changing my faceclaim now. Yes, I have my own mascot now. So, for the rest of my ooc post, I will be using this faceclaim~))

Her face is far redder than the dress on her body. "Liang Xu, you have some nerve asking me to kiss you!"

Xu saw the lady in front of him seems like really drunk. Now, normally he would "slap" some sense to her. But, this time he felt like his mischievous self got a better of him. So he just chuckled, showing his taunting expression (or "making-normal-people-want-to-punch-him" face) at the lady.
"C'mon now, Su! I thought that's the only way to make you to do so..." he nonchalantly said. "So... did it work?"
#sweetirrelevant#((I post this anyways... XD))#((sorry I don't really know are you trying to make her blushing or drunk so I just assume that she's drunk))#((I hope that's okay... ^^"))

*visibly drunk* "Ey, Su! Long time no see! Did ya miss me?" (abandoned-shu-general) ((I'm just in the mood of making him drunk. I hope it's okay... XD))
There was a loud bang on the door that broke her out of her working stupor. She blinked, whipping her head around to see.
She was excited–both to see an old friend and due to his sudden entrance. But…
Drunk? Now?
Su stood up from her chair and walked to the door, careful to maintain a distance. “Master Liang Xu, where have you been all this time?”

“Wah! You actually caught up to me!” The girl exclaimed with a yelp as the man pulled her up with ease. “You must be a very fast runner! Even some dogs would have trouble catching up to me, you know?” She said casually with a smile upon seeing her chaser.

“It must be because that pig you’re helping just slaughtered my only meal!” She then added, her smile quickly dissipating to an expression of anger as she kicked the stomach of the stranger and snatched the bag of goods once again.
“Here, I only want my compensation, take the rest you trash-helping dude who can’t even tell the difference between a good and bad person!” She took a few coins from the bag and threw the rest of the jewelry and money back at him. “Bleh!” She stuck out a tongue at him in mockery.
Luckily, the girl’s kick was not that hurtful for him. It was a little bit stings for a second and it disappeared by its own. That was nothing for a man like Xu. The only problem was his mood got worse and worse. Always got complained by someone if he did what the other people thought was right. Even just thinking about it made a headache for him.
He caught the bag she threw before it fell to the ground. “Thanks for the compliment, anyway!” he replied before he jumped down to the ground and gave the bag to the merchant. He knew the older man actually was waiting for him to return his goods impatiently. “Here ya go, old man.” he said, giving the merchant his goodies back.
“Oh, thank you very much, my lord. I don’t know what will happen to my goods if you didn’t come.” the merchant replied. Of course, he knew the other man’s words were just a mere bullshits.
“Yeah, yeah, whatever! I’m gonna go now...” Xu said, leaving the merchant and trying to continue his peaceful time. All of those stressing things surely made him hungry. So, he went to the nearest place to buy some meatbuns. And something more annoying was happening again.
He met the girl again. She seemed was buying meatbuns as well. After all those times, he had to meet that annoying girl again? He just sighed heavily.
“Why do I have to meet annoying brat like you again?”

It was not hard for Xu to chase the girl so-called thief. He easily managed to catch up with her and follow her moves even more faster to get a top a buildings. Maybe that was an advantage of him for participate in battle once or twice.
As the result, he finally managed to catch her by grabbing her clothes and pulled her up like grabbing a bag full of goodies. Her body felt light for him. But, it surprisingly a little more tiring than usual. Maybe because he should be relaxing at the time, not doing a useless job like play chase with a girl.
“I’m sure... I already told you to stop... lil’ brat...” he said while panting a little.

It was a sunny day. A perfect day for relax, Xu thought. Actually, not that perfect. He looked at his job desk in his office for a while. So many report that had to be done.
“Well, screw it! I’m gonna enjooooy this day!” he said. As always, he secretly went off from his office and escaped from his duty. It should took a long time for the guards and the other comrades to realize his disappearance.
It was a perfect time for rest indeed. He felt like he shouldn’t miss the beautiful moment. But unfortunately, something disturbed that time. Something… that really annoyed him.
“A thief! Somebody, help!”
The sound came from a merchant. He seemed was chasing a girl who was stealing his goods. Xu, the prefect just sighed heavily while scratching his head.
“Really? Gimme a break!” He finally ran towards the mysterious girl, trying to help the merchant to catch her.
“Oi! Wait, you lil’ brat!” he shouted.
