This is the big vision that inspired the start of my webcomic, ✨Walking with the Waymaker✨

It's one of the many personal words and visions that God has given me that made me feel so seen and loved by Him. He calls me and my heart pure in a time where I was struggling a lot with lust. I couldn't see myself as pure when I so willingly and frequently

Thankfully, knowing how much God loves and sees me has helped keep me from giving in to those temptations anymore.

And since I brought this vision to life in my webcomic, it's remained one of my favourite panels💕

In "Walking with the Waymaker," this moment serves as Violet's first encounter with the Waymaker. It's an introduction to the personal focus that the God of the entire universe gives her and how He sees her as pure. This, of course, piques her curiousity, eventually leading her to start a relationship with the Waymaker💕💕💕

Drema Songbird and my lovely Star Bunny, two seemingly opposite ends of the spectrum.

Especially as they were made in two *vastly* different eras of my life hahaha~

💜 Drema Songbird, our purple caped birdie, was made in 2019 when I started playing Sky a week before COVID hit‼️

She’s a gentle and pondersome soul with a deep love for music and magic. She was the former champion of the flight race as she is a wonderful flier, winning time and time again. The pressure of defending her title weighed heavy on her as other sky children demanded rematch after rematch, leaving her with no time to pursue what she was really passionate about.

One particular violent assault for her title was the final straw, and when the Season of Enchantment came, Drema ran away. She abandoned her title and the glory of a racer to a quieter life studying magic and enjoying music~

💙 The star bunny boy doesn't have a name yet, but he is also reclusive in nature. Made this year, he carries the story of a "failed" moth guide. Many of his students have not been able to go through Eden, and he has lost many sky children to the storm. Unable to take the weight of the guilt, he resigned from his job as a guide and seeks solitude in his own adventures across the kingdoms.

Hehehe what should he be named~? I haven't found a name to fit both him and my sense of whimsy just yet!

Have you ever wanted a dinosaur for Christmas?

I promised my sister that I would make her a bright green dinosaur from this book of Woobles patterns that a friend gave me for my birthday a year or so ago. Of course, I only had some spare time to make her one during winter break of 2024 haha~

It was a lovely project to keep me occupied~ And, of course, it was the very first gift my sister got for Christmas!

I need you to know that she named this little lad Waja, which is the backwards version of the character Ajaw's name. He's a little dinosaur character from Genshin Impact!

Little Waja here was more than ready to celebrate the wonderful Christmas day! Look at his cool party had! He KNOWS how to party~!

It is a very common occurrence for everyone in my family to share whatever treats are left in the fridge. Unless you explicitly put your name on something you want to eat, everyone will have a bite of it.

Except for me sometimes. I just chill and forget that food exists.

In addition to the communal energy of the fridge that probably everyone has at home (I could be wrong), everyone in my family also has a sweet tooth. This means that there’s often a tub of ice cream in the freezer, a bag of M&Ms on the countertop, or some sort of cake in the fridge. There’s always something readily available to satisfy our family’s sweet tooth.

One of my mom’s favourite cake is Black Forest cake. There were a few months where it had a constant presence in our fridge. Admittedly, I also love it~ Dark chocolate with a cherry and whipped cream? Yes PLEASE! It was a perfect treat, especially after dinner~

Now the current favourite are fruit tarts~ They’re also nice and sweet, but admittedly they suit a different taste than what I’m currently craving.

And of course… that is chocolate.

So in my current cravings, here is a Black Forest cake container to commemorate my mom’s favourite flavour of cake~💕✨ It wouldn’t be here without her curiousity and our family’s collective sweet tooth~✨

What does it mean for Jesus to be our Shepherd?

He says in John 10:11 that He is our shepherd. Not just a shepherd, but a good shepherd.

I originally drew this back in July when I was reading through John. Sheep were really on the mind, especially in John 10 where Jesus is comparing Himself to a shepherd. Jesus cares for us like a good shepherd. A good shepherd actively cares for every one of His sheep. If a single sheep goes astray, he will leave the whole flock to find the ONE single sheep that's lost. (Matthew 18:12)

Jesus cares for us with that same individuality and specificity. He's been faithful to me and shown me these last few years that no matter what I do or how far gone I feel, He's still going to be there for me. He's still going to pursue me and bring me back to His heart and the safety of His love. If He's done that for me, you can bet He will do the same for you.

Not only does Jesus pursue us when we go astray, but He also guides us. He goes before us and prepares the way for us. Psalms 23 says that He makes us lie down in green pastures and leads us by still waters. When we walk with Him and let Jesus lead the way, He'll provide everything we need along the journey. We can rest in the provision He provides, according to the riches of heaven (Philippians 4:19).

He even cares for us and loves us so much that He'd willingly lay down His life for us. And He did!

Jesus' death on the cross was the ultimate display of His love for us (John 15:13). He didn't have to die for us and could've decided He was done with us. But no, He pushed on with the painful death on a cross because He knew that being able to love us and be in relationship with us was so worth it. 

He died to have that relationship with you. And came back to life to show and there's nothing that can come between you and Him anymore. Sin has no more power because Jesus' has conquered death!

He did all that for us!!! All because He's a good shepherd. He loves you so so much.

Praise God for that beautiful truth~

The beauty is in the fact that God commands the timing of my life✨

He puts the dreams on my heart and the things for me pursue, but I can't rush ahead!

If I want things to be done in God's perfect timing (And His timing is perfect! He's never late and always on time!), I have to be willing to surrender and not rush on ahead.

This is the absolute HARDEST thing He's teaching me right now haha~ I'm the kind of person who wants to rush on ahead and keep going and pushing forward!

But that's not what God wants for my life right now. he wants me to stay! And stay here and BREATHE because He's got me. He is moving all the pieces together and making my path straight✨


That way, when it IS time for me to go, everything will be nice and smooth~ I'll be walking in the provision and the shelter of the Lord!✨

But in the mean time... I will stay and abide, staying right where He has me now and continuing to be obedient until He tells me it's time to go~💕

For this cake box, I used the same colours as the container because I was worried of the coloured plastic showing through. It turns out, I had nothing to worry about because the double crochet was so thick, you couldn't see the plastic anyway hahahaha~

But hey! This was a fine excuse to use more colours~!✨

What flavour do you think this cake would be~? Buttercream’s a bit of a vibe with maybe a classic vanilla heheh✨

This is painting is my love letter to Jesus💕

I decided to redo Klimt’s “The Kiss” with myself and Jesus because there is no one else who has loved me the way He has.

He has pursued me with such a depth and love when I felt so alone. He was always right there for me when things were changing and when friends drifted out of my life... He has always been consistent, right here by my side.

He's seen me at my absolute worst and He chose to stay. He saw me when I was hopeless and without any motivation, and He showed up and gave me life.

With Him, life became more vibrant. Life was worth living.

Jesus gave me a living hope. He gave me love, and free access directly into the presence of God. I'm so thankful that He gave His life for me to find mine.

I am fully seen and heard by Him. Not one moment I am ignored. He freely pours out His love on me. He sees the depths of my heart and soul and calls me beautiful.

This is why I choose to love Him in return. No one else can love me as wholly and as beautifully as He can💕

And there is so much art left to be made. So many more stitches yet to be done by my hands.

Spring time means allergies outdoors, where I don’t want to stay because of said allergies QvQ

Unfortunately, I want to enjoy the lovely nature of the outdoors before it gets too hot for me to enjoy outside at all!

So this is the nice compromise of indoors and outdoors uwu✨ AND it allows me to craft something fun and use a bit of my extensive collections!

The most important one being my stick collection hahahaha~
