My dad thinks it’s the battery (i very much trust his opinion bcus he is IT guy and has also worked for Apple in the past) i still don’t know how this shit happened, but when i told my mom about it the other day she said that i shouldn’t charge it overnight because it might explode or catch fire. Anyways he said he’ll look into it and maybe take it to the Apple Store, which if he does take it in, I’m gonna ask him to take all my devices because the battery on my laptop and iPad are also fucked

A short list of things that scare me and why

1. JoJo Siwa

In the beginning it was just overstimulating with all the colors and how fast she talked, then she came out as lesbian and it was fine for a bit, then Karma came out and it got worse but I was kinda okay because I was like “she's expressing herself after being forced to be family friendly for years”, now she’s telling us she’s dating a man, therefore cancelling out the lesbianism, and I am scared again, because I have a feeling she might start spiraling down a right wing pipeline(not sure why i feel this way)

I would like to point out, that on November 2nd, 2024, I was in the same building as her, and successfully avoided her, the entire time I was there. I have also blocked her on every social media platform I have.

Also i think if Freddy Kruger were to go into my nightmare, it would be me crying in the corner while JoJo from the family friendly era and Karma era JoJo singing at me while dancing.

It is carpal tunnel syndrome. I am left-handed. Everyone in my family is right-handed.

There are no medical wrist braces in the house for left-handed people, so I have been using my roller skating gear

The problem with this, is that my ulna bone sticks out and rubs against the fucking plastic that is there for stabilization.

I have to wear it because my wrist/thumb are in pain, but if i wear it then my fucking arm starts to hurt. And no matter how much I try to adjust the three straps on it, it still rubs against my ulna bone.

I hate my body because nothing about it makes sense!

In addition to the carpal tunnel, I have a sprained right ankle because I stepped on a stick when walking my dogs, and that shit folded like a god damn towel. There is also a ganglion cyst on my right wrist, but that goes away when the chiropractor adjusts me.

AND TO TOP EVERYTHING OFF!

At 2:00 AM, I woke up slightly to flip my body in bed, and the light (I keep it on to see when I go to the bathroom in the night) shut off, as did my CPAP. Of course, I was confused. What the fuck is going on? I waited a few minutes, then checked out the window. Every house is dark. It wasn't even raining that bad!

And then, right when I'm accepting that I will not be able to go back to sleep (I can't sleep without my CPAP because of breathing), the power just turns on again. 3:35 AM

I was up for 1 hour and 35 minutes, during which my mother got mad at me for being loud. To be fair, I have no sense of volume in my own body; it's very strange. I can never tell how loud I'm being when talking/walking. (I assume she meant the loudness of the creaking floorboards based on how heavy I was stepping on them)
