#Summer_of_the_falling_star🌠⭐

Initially, the main focus of this project was the falling star and him being new to earth and experiencing everything for the first time, but later on, I decided to add two more characters ( Emillio from the previous post and another character) to push the story, and therefore the designs. the second page showcasing some very early sketches when I was testing the idea visually for the first time.

I don't like sharing my quick and wacky early sketches, but in this case, I think it's important to show the thought process and the shifts that I've happened along the way.

#Summer_of_the_falling_star🌠⭐

This is a side project I started writing a month ago... went through a lot of ups and downs throughout the process, even though it was difficult to accomplish a lot of work in a short amount of time, the experience was nonetheless enjoyable.

Will be postin' more work on this project in the next couple of weeks (stay tuned for that), and for this very first post, I'm starting with.....🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁

Emillio🧑✨✨

This one was such a fun character to write and design, a relatable character on so many personal levels.

Swiping through the images, you will notice how much back and force it took me to land the final look of the project, approaching different art styles and rendering techniques. Hope I landed it well.

THE PLOT:

A star that has been travelin' through the universe for countless years suddenly loses its ability to fly and falls down to earth in the city of Cuenca, Spain. The star got discovered by a local boy named Emillio.

During the summer, Emilio tries to help the falling star return to space, and as the story goes, they have lots of fun adventures interacting with the beautiful city of Cuenca.

the bear

Carmy ✨ ✨ ✨

just finished watching the second season of The Bear, and I couldn't stop myself from doing some doodles. The show is so fun, emotional, self-reflective and alive. (definitely gonna rewatch it every now and then)...anyway, I can't wait for the third season (expected some time next year, I think)...at last, I want to know if you guys would like to see more doodles like this...peace!!
