I love how the @synthstrom #deluge’s sequencer and grid encourage me to break out of a standard 4 step/measure/bar pattern. Bass from the @dreadbox.fx #typhon. Up until now you’ve mostly seen me use the #dreadboxtyphon for distorted or highly effected sounds, but the main reason I bought the #synth is because of its analog oscillators and filter. I think this flavor of #techno is so hard to make - in my opinion it's all about finding the right balance between subtlety and intensity. Day 17 of #jamuary2021: It's surprisingly easy to create a patch on the @dreadbox.fx #typhon that sounds like you're summoning alien whales. This is mainly tweaking the filter, but the most prominent effect is the stereo chorus with a LOT of feedback. Reverb is also from the Typhon (is pretty good right?!). Day 16 of #jamuary2021: I hooked my #kalimba up to the @chaseblissaudio #thermae, #mood and #blooper and @sourceaudio #ventris to experiment with combining an acoustic instrument with digital effects. The #digitakt is sequencing the #chaseblissmood by switching between the loop channel (env mode) and wet channel (slip mode).
