In the depths of my heart, a longing resides,
For the mother I held so dear by my side.
Seven months have passed since she left this earth,
Yet her memory lingers, filling me with mirth.
I pick up the phone, a reflex so strong,
Yearning to hear her voice, to right every wrong.
But silence greets me, a void hard to bear,
Her absence a reminder, a weight I must share.
Thoughts of her grace and kindness, they persist,
A gentle soul, now gone, sorely missed.
I find solace in knowing she's free from pain,
In the arms of God, wherever eternal joys reign.
Though tears may flow and sadness may stay,
I cherish the love we shared every day.
For in my heart, her spirit remains,
Guiding me through life's joys and pains.
So I praise the heavens for granting her peace,
And for the memories that will never cease.
Though I miss her dearly, I'll hold on tight,
To the love she gave, a beacon of light.
In the depths of my heart, her love will endure,
For a mother's love is forever pure.
Though she may be gone, her presence remains,
An everlasting bond that forever sustains.

Thank you @in-the-mouth-of-madness and everyone who got me to 10 reblogs!
In the depths of weary toil, I find,
A truth that echoes within my mind.
People don masks, a charade they play,
But as a Christian, I choose a different way.
For we are called to be true and sincere,
In a world where facades often appear.
Set free and justified, we stand tall,
Why then, do some choose to build a false wall?
Is it a lack of confidence, a fear of rejection,
That drives them to wear a deceptive reflection?
Moments of exaggeration we all may know,
But a consistent masquerade, where does it go?
Yet in this dance of pretense and disguise,
God's watchful eye sees through our disguise.
No hiding, no cloak can conceal our true state,
For He knows our hearts, our every trait.
Christian or believer, they may claim to be,
Yet hiding from God, how can this be?
Our faith transcends religion's mere form,
A genuine bond with God, the true norm.
As I dwell in the presence of divine,
A freedom blossoms, a truth so fine.
In God's embrace, I find solace and rest,
And the courage to be my authentic best.
These musings, reflections of today,
A reminder to walk in truth's pure way.
For in the realm of masks and pretense,
True freedom lies, a profound recompense.

In the realm of judgment, we tread with care,
For convictions guide us, the truth we share,
But let us not forget, in God's loving frame,
He called your name, and you'll never be the same.
When judgments arise, let compassion lead,
For in understanding, we plant a seed,
Convictions may differ, opinions may clash,
But in God's grace, we find the strength to surpass.
And most importantly, in the depths of your heart,
Remember the moment when He called you apart,
In the stillness of prayer, you heard His voice,
Whispering your name, giving you a choice.
He called you by name, with love in His eyes,
To walk in His light, where truth never dies,
Embrace His calling, let your purpose unfold,
For in His divine plan, you'll find stories untold.
So let us journey together, hand in hand,
In God's love and grace, we firmly stand,
Judgment and convictions may test our resolve,
But His calling remains, and His love will evolve.

In the realm of love, where hearts collide,
A journey unfolds, with twists and turns beside.
For you, dear soul, who's found solace in your own,
A poem I shall craft, to your path it's known.
In the realm of independence, you have thrived,
With art projects blooming, your spirit revived.
Your strong values guide you, like a steady light,
Embracing your routines, bringing peace each night.
But should love's whispers gently touch your ear,
And spark a longing, a hope to draw near,
Remember, dear one, to stay true and strong,
For your happiness matters, where you belong.
Seek not a love that tries to rearrange,
But one that cherishes your unique range.
A partner who respects, supports, and understands,
The depths of your being, your art, and life's demands.
Patience shall be your companion on this quest,
For finding a kindred spirit may be the test.
But fear not, for love can bloom anew,
In unexpected moments, revealing a love that's true.
So embrace your independence, your routine,
Your art, your passions, like a vibrant dream.
And if love finds its way into your heart's embrace,
May it enhance your joy, your inner space.
For being single and whole is a precious state,
A journey of self-discovery, love can't negate.
Trust your instincts, listen to your heart's call,
And remember, dear one, you deserve it all.
In the realm of love, where hearts collide,
May you find the love that's meant to reside.
But until that moment, cherish the life you've known,
For your wholeness shines, in independence, it's shown.

In the tapestry of history, we find
A bitter route intertwined,
A path that echoes with sorrow's sound,
Where bitter roots in our spirits are found.
In ancient times, this bitter root,
Was pulled from the ground, a healing pursuit,
For though its beauty graced the land,
Its power lay hidden, deep in the sand.
A plant of grace, with petals fair,
But beneath the surface, a secret to share,
For until it's uprooted, the root will grow,
A lesson for our spirits to truly know.
Just as the bitter root must be released,
So too must our spirits find inner peace,
To heal and let go of the bitterness within,
And allow new beginnings to gently begin.
For the bitter root, though beautiful and strong,
Can hinder our growth if it lingers too long,
So let us embrace the path of healing,
And find the strength to release bitter feelings.
In the bitter root's story we find,
A metaphor for the soul's design,
To uproot the bitterness, let it go,
And let our spirits flourish and glow.
So as we journey through history's lore,
Let the bitter route inspire us more,
To heal, let go, and find our way,
Towards a brighter, more peaceful day.

In the depths of weary toil we find,
A hunger deep within the mind.
But nourishment we seek not in bread,
But in the thoughts that fill our head.
For as we labor day by day,
Our souls may yearn for more than pay.
In the quiet moments, we reflect,
On dreams yet to be resurrected.
So let us feast on thoughts profound,
And let our weariness be drowned.
For in the depths of toil we find,
The food for thought that feeds our mind.

In the Realm of Thoughts
In the realm of thoughts and online surfs,
I stumbled upon a concept that perplexes.
Men coaching women, guiding their ways,
But how can they teach me to be a woman, I say?
Their intentions may be pure, Christian and kind,
Yet targeting a female audience, defining our mind.
Dictating what we should do and should not,
Deciding what we must accept or blot.
In seeking guidance, I turn to my divine,
Prayer and my higher authority align.
When seeking help for my chronic PTSD,
A Christian medical professional, my choice would be.
The world is peculiar, my social circle small,
I find solace in thoughts, my journal's call.
Why pretend to be someone you're not,
Embrace your true self, in every single thought.
For my PTSD, a male counselor I'd decline,
Perhaps it's my MST diagnosis that draws the line.
The Army released me in two thousand and four,
But counseling I sought not until two thousand and thirteen's door.
Sleep eluded me, doors and windows I'd check,
A constant unease, a feeling I couldn't neglect.
Still, I engaged with others in my work's sphere,
But solitude I cherished, reflection held dear.
Though things could worsen, they aren't so bad,
As a woman seeking advice, would a man make me glad?
Or as a man, would guidance from a woman be sought?
Circumstances and individuals shape the answers we've got.
My mother and ex-mother-in-law, confidants true,
But September and October took them from view.
Now, I feel the need to keep my business to myself,
I yield to God, He is my promise keeper and my help.
A different perspective, I hold in my mind,
Relying on others, solutions I seldom find.
Like fixing a flat tire, I know it's my task,
To mend my own troubles, to undertake and unmask.
Close friends I've had, with whom I can share,
Arguments and disagreements, yet respect is always there.
Relationships we shun, for now, we agree,
But some may find solace in casual encounters, carefree.
For me, solitude is the path I embrace,
These thoughts I pen, a glimpse into my space.
Though I share online, I'm wary not to offend,
For people can be touchy, their sensitivity to attend.
And in my musings, the phrase "love hurts" I find,
Indeed, it does, but healing will come in time.
I don't mean to sound callous, but let it be known,
A broken heart mends, you're not left alone.
This too shall pass, the pain will subside,
With strength and resilience, love's wounds we'll ride.
To those who pretend, be aware, God sees,
Your true self revealed, no masks to appease.
And to women seeking guidance from men's embrace,
Reconsider this notion, seek God's love and grace.
Focus on Him, let others search deep within,
True happiness and fulfillment, being single can bring.
Take care, dear ones, and know love abounds,
In the solitude of self, love, a treasure is found.

Funny feelings all over the place,
Gotta shake this dust off and remain in the race.
I have to remain true to what He has called me to be,
Cannot let these emotions take control of me.
As I look to Him, He takes hold of my hand,
He reminds me of His Word; He reminds me of His plan.
Funny feelings all over the place,
Gotta shake this dust off and remain in the race.
My mind is racing on the inside and I have to be strong,
His Word never returns void, so I know it won't be long.
As I pour my heart out, He watches and listens to me,
He is my provider and my comforter; He has set me free.
Funny feelings all over the place,
Gotta shake this dust off and remain in the race.
He counts my every tear and scars on the inside,
He wraps me in His loving arms and holds me every night.
Even when I mess up and allow my flesh to take over again,
Those times I allow my heart and emotions to lead me to sin,
He washes that ugliness and cleans up my stench,
He blesses and encourages me; my thirst He does quench.
Funny feelings all over the place,
Gotta shake this dust off and remain in the race.
Did I not take you to see the stars and tell you that I knew each one?
I have told you and told you the battle is done.
You will always feel this way until you properly align;
It has never been your will, it has always been Mine.
So get those funny feelings and put them back in their place,
Get back out there, stand tall and run your spiritual race.
Do not look back, move forward, I need you to quicken your pace.
I am taking you somewhere higher and higher to another place.
Forget the naysayers and remain in my Truth,
Do not forget the words that I have spoken to you.
Forget man's tradition and doctrine; it will tear you apart.
They are not men that follow My Heart.
So, get those funny feelings and put them back in their place;
Get back out there, stand tall and run your spiritual race.
Do not look back, move forward, I need you to quicken your pace.
I am taking you somewhere higher and higher to another place.

This is my post from yesterday
. It is a bit discouraging to see people preying on people for their own self interests or personal gain. So when I see things such as this I like to encourage people:
"Life is a beautiful journey filled with ups and downs. Along the way, we may encounter people who prey on others for their own self-interests. But remember, there is a higher power watching over us all. God, being omniscient, sees everything and knows the true intentions of every heart. In the face of adversity, it's important to remember that God's love and guidance are always with us. He sees the struggles we face and the injustices we encounter. Trust in His wisdom and justice. He will protect and guide us through difficult times.
While it may be disheartening to witness the actions of those driven by self-interest, let us not lose hope. Let us continue to spread kindness, love, and compassion, knowing that God's light shines through even the darkest moments. Together, we can make a difference and bring about positive change in the world.
Remember, you are never alone in this journey. God is always by your side, ready to uplift and guide you. Trust in His plan, have faith in His love, and keep your heart open to the beauty that life has to offer. 1 Peter 2:9. Love you Peeps. Njoy 💋
