As everyone knows, Sebastian has a gruffy and cold personality at first, and is pretty cheeky when interacting with player, I would like to say the changed after getting feelings for them but I don't think so.

Sebastian probably stays the same but you can see that he changes small things, like, when he says for them to stay safe, he really means it. And he tries to not be so...grumpy. Of course he isn't a lovey dove, but he softens a little!!

I have a hc that Sebastian likes to cook, even now in this shit hellhole, he still likes to do some plates if he can find the ingredients for it.

And yea, maybe if the player and him have a nice relationship, he would gift them with a little cupcake or anything small but made with love

The relationship between Sebastian and the player can change with how you'll treat him, and he can remember the runs! So if you shoot him with a flashlight on a run he'll remember on the other
