UNIVERSITY RESIDENTIAL modern, nature & minimalisitc

Hello everyone, this is officially my first post sharing some of my creations. This time I decided to build a residence for my university sims. It seems that I came back with so much desire to play the Sims2 that maybe this home was a little too much, or maybe not. HAHAHA..This residence has a modern, minimalistic style, full of plants, I’m not kidding, MANY PLANTS.

I must admit that I am very proud and happy about this construction. In this residence you will find details everywhere, I think it is very important (at least for me) the details when decorating, furnishing, etc. I really took more than 350 captures in the game of which I only chose these to show you, in another post maybe I will upload in more detail parts of the residence that I would have liked to show here.

Before finishing, I just want to say that I’M LIVING for the garden, the pool, my God, is my favorite part.

Hola a todos, este es oficialmente mi primer post compartiendoles algo de mis creaciones. Esta vez decidí construir una residencia para mis sims universitarios. Pareciera que volví con tantas ganas de jugar a los Sims2 que tal vez fue un poco demasiado este hogar, o tal vez no. HAHAHA.

Esta residencia tiene un estilo moderno, minimalista, lleno de plantas, no estoy bromeando, MUCHAS PLANTAS.

Debo de admitir que estoy muy orgulloso y feliz de esta construcción. En esta residencia encontraran detalles por todas partes, creo que es algo muy importante (al menos para mi) los detalles al momento de decorar, amueblar, etc. Realmente tome mas de 350 capturas en el juego de las cuales solo elegí estas para mostrarles, en otro post tal vez subiré de manera más detallada partes de la residencia que me hubiese gustado mostrar aquí.

Antes de terminar solo quiero decir que I’M LIVING por el jardín, la piscina, dios mio, es mi parte favorita.

I got a couple of asks like “How to make my game look beautiful? I’m new to the Sims 2, any tips? Why is your game so bright? The grass so green? The water so reflective??” and so on. I decided to make a guide for new ts2 players that will help to answer all such questions. In general, I just gathered all the basic information about my musthave mods/defaults/cheats/photoshop editing/creating hood/downloading CC and more and more. So, if you’re new for the world of the Sims 2 and want to know how to improve your gameplay pictures, this “Starter pack” guide is what you need! Los Sims 2 and the CC, never can´t stop download.

I waited so long for vacations to escape to my parents' house, turn on the computer and play sims. Obviously sims 2. Since yesterday I've been downloading CC, I can't stop, help. Haha. I am building a residence for university students, if there is something I enjoy too much in the sims it is construction. I hope to share it soon because I really would like others to see my creations and not just keep them for me and disappear in the future. Greetings.

Esperaba tanto las vacaciones para escapar a casa de mis padres, encender el ordenador y jugar a los sims. Obviamente los sims 2. Desde ayer llevo descargando CC, no puedo parar, ayuda. Ja, ja. Estoy construyendo una residencia para universitarios, si hay algo que disfruto demasiado en los sims es la construcción. Espero pronto compartirla porque realmente me gustaría que los demás puedan ver mis creaciones y no solo guardármelas para mi y que desaparezcan en un futuro. Saludos.

All you have to do is delete the “www.” part in the url, and it should redirect you to the download! Made a (poor quality) GIF just in case my instructions are confusing!
