So do we all agree Spike could never be cursed like Angel? He’d lose his soul within a week maximum. He’s a happy guy he’d see Buffy smile or hear Dawn laugh or all kinds of ridiculous things. Sex wouldn’t need to enter the equation at all

i’m kind of incapable of humoring most spikecrit bc i’m like. he’s an immortal supernatural creature and he stayed in sunnydale the whole summer after buffy’s death, taking care of her sister and running her patrol routes and counting the days. he had no soul, no reason to believe she would be resurrected, no personal ties to sunnydale, and he would’ve stayed there until dawn decided to go to college and then he probably would’ve followed her there too…. because he made a promise.
