okay but yelena taking bob shopping for clothes !!!

yelena is super excited to be shopping for clothes with someone else—something she's never done before. she's just dragging bob around the stores, picking out things for him, and maybe projecting a little bit because she loves the pockets on men's clothes. this trip is making her think she definitely needs to start buying men's pants for herself. bob is all shy about everything. "are you sure this color looks good on me?" "i've never worn anything like this before." "isn't this like... too many pockets?" yelena doesn't think it is. bob just wants fuzzy socks and maybe a hoodie. yelena picks up a maxi dress that she thought was a pantsuit and bob tells her he thinks it would look pretty on her, which earns a bewildered look. but yelena thinks maybe she should try new things and decides to buy it, which makes bob smile because now they're both trying new things. a couple hours later, yelena is carrying half a dozen bags full of clothes home—five of which are for bob because she went way overboard, plus she got alexei a few normal tracksuits because he keeps wearing that god-awful one he bought for the team. bob is carrying another half a dozen bags of takeout because they promised the others they'd bring back dinner and three super soldiers eat a lot more than you'd think. plus yelena charged everything to valentina's card. during dinner, yelena tries to convince bob to do a little fashion show for the team with his new clothes and everyone but alexei agrees that the haul isn't necessary, although ava assures bob that the clothes probably look great. of course, alexei gets up in the middle of dinner to go show the team his new tracksuits because he can't help himself. everyone thanks yelena for getting him to wear something different for once because they're also pretty sure he wasn't washing the other one regularly enough. and when bob does start wearing his new clothes, yelena makes sure everyone on the team—even bucky and walker—tell him how great it all looks on him, which always earns a shy smile and a "thank you."
