there’s a big difference between “i’m sad because a character i was emotionally invested in was killed off” and “this character’s death served no purpose, was used for shock value, and is the product of bad writing and i’m upset about that”
#hot take (not really) Lupin is the second for me#like I can see some reasons but like…it was offscreen#it didn’t need to happen for the plot to work#him and Tonks could’ve lived and the story wouldn’t have changed#aside from maybe Teddy not visiting Harry as much but like that’s literally one tiny line in an epilogue like?#anyways#there are others for sure#like literally Sirius and Lupin were both killed instead of Arthur this is what we know#even though neither Arthur nor Lupin had to die?#like okay Sirius has some more plot relevant (or at least character relevant for harry)#but Lupin? not…not really?#I see tags about Tony and you do not what to hear me rant about endgame again lol#cause his is more nuanced for me because I genuinely think it was a stupid decision for his character arc#but it’s made even worse by Steve’s ending so it just made it all infuriating#okay I need to get ready for bed now lol#this is me ranting in tags literally do not try to change my mind 😂

*Many psych meds are used to treat chronic pain as well, if you didn’t know!

Well…I watched Wish and…wow that was the most…what the heck movie….it didn’t know what it was doing or wanted to say and the songs were all out of place I’m just…what…the only good song is “At All Cost” but like…it does NOT make sense where they put it, but I guess that’s what happens when they decide not to have romance in it for some stupid reason 😒

I did it, I ordered myself something since I made it all the way to Colorado and back. Yes, there was a few fun times but a lot of it was just draining and I felt pretty crappy…and had major anxiety on Friday and flying home yesterday…but I said before I left that if I went I’d get the thing so…I did!
#I need to save money but like…I also want to actually encourage myself#my family helped too especially my dad#(out here buying me like 10 packs of odyssey cards lol)#but it’s nice to like…allow myself to buy something#like yeah…I need to be careful about buying too much#but this wasn’t just me buying something cause I just…wanted it#it’s been in my cart for weeks or even months#and I only bought it cause I did something super hard#it’s a ford and dipper dd& more d standee#I’ve literally never bought a standee before and they are misprints#but that just means they were cheeper!#aceo rambles#now to like…do things I need to do#I already unpacked but laundry and whatnot still needs to be done#but I’m also gonna chill cause uh…it was a long week

#please#even my sister says the saving money thing and I’m like ‘fair’ but also she likes staying here#plus she helps out and honestly it helps *me* to have her around too#plus she does just like our family just ugh#I get so 🤨 when kids pay parents rent#like okay if you know them and you can tell they are just mooching or whatever maybe? but like…do you want your kids to resent you?#cause I would if I had to pay to live where I grew up (especially if I’m struggling in any way)#I can understand if it’s like…a money thing but if you are actively a part of the family and help around the house#(even if it’s small things like me) then rent to me just feels…so wrong…
