Highly recommend spending a little time every day either unsubscribing, unfollowing, or deleting accounts. I've started being more critical of the emails I was signed up for, and it's rolled into slowly closing down dozens of accounts. I don't need doordash, grubhub, and ubereats. I don't need lyft and uber. I can delete amazon. facebook is gone. I've unsubscribed from probably a dozen different stores, like cvs. I purged my youtube subscription list. Left a bunch of discords I hadn't looked at in months. You get to watch these companies beg for you to stay and can slam the door in their face.

My feeds/inboxes are stuff I either need to know or want to know. I've joined the mailing lists for a bunch of small business and creators. It's a small thing, but I'm spending less time going through my email and it just feels better. 10/10, highly recommend.

ok maybe I'm a little tin foil conspiracy hat and/or not really understanding the logistics here, but is nintendo's move with physical switch 2 cartridges a move to cut out the resale market? Like from what I'm understanding the physical copies not only cost more for some games but also DON'T HAVE THE FULL GAME and still require you to connect to the internet to download the rest.

Nintendo already doesn't put their stuff on sale. Secondhand physical copies were how I was picking up a lot of switch games. But now it sounds like that might not work. Is it a one time download? Or is it just tied to your account and other people can't access it? So if you decide to sell some of your old stuff, the switch 2 games are just completely useless?
