i’m back on my disordered thought bullshit again!
i’m so tired of this virus, like i’m so stressed with my family always talking about how i should work out (“you always worked out at school!”) and like, people posting these super extensive workouts and their ridiculously incorrect food habits and UGH I’M SO TIRED OF IT! like i’m out here just trying to treat myself kindly and it’s hard
i’m glad that i’m able to identify them and not act on them though, that’s something i’m really proud of!
