everyone's going on and on about the usamerican elections, so i'm going to tell you a story about the lok sabha elections that took place this year. the cpi(ml) candidate got one single vote in my constituency. it was my mother. everyone in the neighborhood knows about this. the candidate lives three streets down from us. he personally thanked my mother on the way to the bazaar. she's never going to live it down.
