Since there is a multiple factors that can detonated my colon issues, I do not know exactly what caused this amount of pain that it has been for two months straight.

My usual problems is very bad, the worst on this year already. I cannot deal with it at all but I'm doing the best I can, yet, is never enough.

I'm starting to eat less and vomit/go to the bathroom more. I weighed myself and I'm lower than a few weeks ago. I'm scared of having a TCA again.

I want to be better, my daily mantra of "everything is going to be fine, I will get better tomorrow" is already off putting. I'm not doing well and I don't know what to do.

I have an appointment with my doctor in November.. is a long time.

I have to keep my mind in a safe place, eat and sleep better, no matter the pain.

I don't play much often but I really enjoy decorating and spend time in my nest. I love how it looks.

11-06-2025: I think the worst part of have psychosomatic disorder is.. everything.

You never know when is going to happen, you never know if you are good enough until your body says otherwise. I just put a foot outside and my lower back/kidneys are burning.

It used to be only my stomach, damaging my colon for ever, now is affecting other parts of my body. I don't know what to do now, I'm in pain.

I will vomit any time soon, I'm stuck in a public bathroom.

19-05-2025: I'm in a discord group full of people I don't exactly know but they are nice people. They are talking about friends in general, that made me realized... I have no friends IRL/internet I can share my silly little world.

Is it too childish of me to believe I need a friend to yap about OC's all the time?

I have my partner and we do that all the time. I'm not saying is not enough, I'm just saying that I don't have friends to do that.

The concept of friendship is still an old feeling to me. I think I give too much in the past. Wasn't worth it.
