The "Art" of Quantic Dream
If you like illustrated books/guides and artbooks, this one isn't it, don't bother wasting money on it. Unless you prefer to read more about the process and evolution of QD and making their games in general, then go for it, I'm not saying don't buy it at all, we all like different types but this was a huge disappointment for me because I hoped to see more of you know, ART from it, more concept art, more character designs, more of THAT. This was more text and less art.
I want my money back >:(

#l'art de quantic dream#quantic dream#beyond two souls#every time I played I made sure I never hurt the dogs and I still don't#all this time I played beyond two souls I had a hunch the animals weren't real and when I read this I was still dissapointed#don't get me wrong they did an amazing job with the animation but I'd prefer authentic animal mocap#look at fricking sumo from detroit become human its movements are painfully unnatural for a real dog animation or not#I'm convinced a human did a mocap for him and if it's true it's uncanny#I mean other games had animals mocapping such as cod ghosts not sure about stray hell even rdr2 had real horses#and david cage couldn't even try to make it more realistic no only people must have hq faces on loading screens#because AdmIrE my fAcIaL grAPhIcS

#heavy rain#beyond two souls#heavy rain/beyond two souls au#norman jayden#jodie holmes#aiden#I prefer Norman version in this ending#not post related but Norman should've been in beyond two souls at least as cameo#I swear ARI would be hundred times more useful and actually connected to the character(s) and the story#if Norman had more character development in it#I'd rather rewrite his dlc in which he'd actually lose his identical twin brother instead of his partner to ARI or Triptocaine#looking like murder suicide committed by reilly who wanted only Norman but it backfires on him when Norman finds out he actually killed him#after going through clues with ARI ending up in confrontation which ends up in Norman killing him#(I probably won't because I suck at writing)#because screw you david cage Norman's MY character now and I'll give him the treatment he deserves#after his final case he'd reunite with his brother for a short time in the infraworld or he'd use his ARI to always have him with him#norman deserves jodie's “ryan” ending my boy deserves sipping cocktails on the beach enjoying the sunset and spending vacation and freedom#with his significant other (real female partner and not the ARI construct (based on concept art))#justicefornorman
