Making A Change 3/14/18
This post won’t be so much about birds but about the School Walkout that I am currently/have/gonna participate in. The tragic events that have occurred all over America have gone on long enough. Please participate, sign a petition, or donate to a group. Most that are effected by the shootings cannot vote so we are doing our best to make up for that by doing these things.

Relaxing 3/5/18
Apollo and I have been pretty lazy together. Its fun though! Whenever i do clean he usually likes to join me on my shoulder or will chirp from the top of his playground. Birds are a girl’s best friend.
I can go over a good amount of topics on here. If there’s anything you’d like to read just leave a comment below or in an ask. I’ll do my best to answer!

2/25/18 A Beginning
As I write this I have no clue as to why I am doing this. Here we go, to start off I have a budgie (or parakeet whichever you call it) and his name is Apollo. Apollo is like a therapy animal in ways. He is not my first bird, I had another one, Zeus. Zeus passed away last June (in 2017) due to what we think was bad genes since we got him from a pet store (not a chain pet store I promise).
Apollo was only a few months old when Zeus had passed so he hardly knew anything different after it had occurred. I was heartbroken when I first got Zeus as an after effect from having toxic people in my life. I was heartbroken when Zeus had suddenly passed away as well since I had bonded. So, life went on, I gradually started healing and bonded to Apollo after a few months. Apollo is my toddler in ways, he makes me laugh, become frustrated, and I’m constantly cleaning up after him. In fact, as I am typing this I discovered he had somehow managed to poop on the wall...see what I mean?
Apollo is my everything now, I frequently get separation anxiety when away from him more than 10 hours, or sometimes less than that. Which makes sense, the smallest change in him worries me half to death ever since I woke up to find a loved feathery friend had passed away overnight.
On a happier note, I have made this blog in the honor of Zeus, to share my memories of Zeus, and moments with Apollo! So I have my fingers-crossed someone out there enjoys what I plan to post! I don’t have a schedule but I might in the future depending on the popularity and demand if there ever is one.
Sorry, this was a bit lengthy, I can make other ones shorter if the readers of these prefer it. Oh! By the way, Apollo’s birthday is the 28th of this month, he’s gonna turn one!
