It's time to talk peace not war, my heart goes out to all those that have lost loved ones over what? Religious wars it's time we woke up and learnt to live with one and other, we are all human and no human should have to go through the pain of a loss in this way. Sometimes we wake up and wonder if we should get up or stay in bed? We ask is there something I can get up for? Can I just stay in bed? It doesn't matter if we choose to just chill out in bed that's good helps recharge the soul but if your uneasy, restless and frustrated get out of that bed now and make it a day worth getting up for! Don't waste it, if your sad with life go and see friends, family, gym, shop etc you never know you mite meet someone that will cheer you up or you make them feel better. I am of to See my youngest child Layla and some friends to hopefully bring fun, laughter and some healing to new friends, well worth getting up for. Make this a day to remember!
