Just realized that while Agatha extended her arms towards Rio to cup her face she stopped walking towards her. Rio is the one who enters her personal space.I think its another muscle memory of their relationship. Whenever Agatha reaches for her, Rio automatically meets her halfway.

Agatha All Along!

So I just finished Agatha All Along and my head is spinning. I really, really enjoyed it, ‘cause, of course, it features one of my personal favorite themes: witches, and the vibe, the aethetic was just spot on. Specifically, this season was about the individual journey, also known as the hero´s jorney, but in this case with the whole coven, wich leads me to discuss Chapter 7.

Extraordinary and remarkable in it´s way of teling the tale. It focuses on the seer and her particulary non-linelar way of experiencing time, her moment of death, her first lessons as a witch, and the pivotal moments of the season that she foresaw but couldn´t prevent. It embodies the classic paradox of the time traveler, but this special treatment makes this one a well-beloved representation. On the other hand, the use of tarot in this chapter as a means to make sense of all the bits and parts of the whole fractal was truly inspiring. Personally, I now have some ideas to use it in my own work. Now it´s time to get my hands in the ground.

Another special feature of this searies I really enjoy was the image of the Green Witch. I used to percived the treatment of this character as a minor, at least in the popular culture, a sweet lady with a garden. However, in this series, the creatores depicted her as Death herself, emphasizing her rooted conection to the earthy cycles of life, decay, and, rebirth. This makes her the most powerfull Green Witch ever depicted in media pop culture. By the way, I also find her tragic love story with the relentless and vivid assassin delightfull to see, and tragic to every one around them.

Finally, the "Balad of the witches road" is pure bliss and magic, truly magnificent that now has become a hymn of personal development and empowerment.

Something I enjoyed was the age gap between Charlotte and Lady Fitzwilliam and the palpable tension between Lady Isabella and Nance. About her, I really get that Nanve was in love with the same unreachable woman-friend for decades, it was very lesbian on her behalf. And then find a marvelous love that could make her think is too good to be true—that is a blessing from above!!
