followers mean nothing here! there is no algorithm or anything! just follow cool people and they’ll show up on ur feed

LIKES AND REBLOGS

likes also mean nothing! many use likes for archiving purposes. if you find something you like something, reblog it instead!! then it can be shown to more people!!

ASKS, DMS, ECT

most people communicate through asks but there are private dms as well! they’re a bit finicky but still useable

COMMUNITIES

communities is a fairly new thing they added. essentially it’s just a place where you can post about a certain thing and it’ll only show up in that community. i don’t really use them but they’re cool

TAGGING

for triggering content, using tags like “_____ tw” or just putting what the triggering thing is good! also putting things under a cut (aka adding a “read more”) is good too! as for fandom tags, tagging the name of the fandom, the characters featured in the post, ect is good! i personally have my own tags to make my blog easier to navigate (like an art tag, a txt tag, ect)
