Metoidioplasty - lengthening your clitoris to around the size of a thumb, with the option of lengthening the urethra so you can pee from the tip and the option of an additional surgery called a panniculectomy to make the metoid penis "stick out" more

Phalloplasty - taking skin grafts from other parts of your body and, over multiple surgeries, forming it into a penis shape that you can pee out of!

Burried clit - when you have phalloplasty, you have the option for your clitoris to be inside the phallo penis or the option for your clitoris to stay as is with the phallo penis being above the clit. If the clit is burried, the nerves from the clitoris will be hooked up with the nerves taken from the skin graft, and so sexual sensation can be felt through out the penis (there is a small chance this doesnt work depending on the type of skin graft you choose, but in this scenario there is a 100% chance it works)

Things to consider

Metoidioplasty:

You can simply have a piece of skin detached that "holds back" your clitoris, or you can also have it lengthened as well

You can still get testical implants whether or not you keep the vaginal opening open

Phalloplasty:

You can have a bending bar to physically move your phallo penis into being erect or have a hollow cylinder inside that fills with liquid when the testicals are squeezed which makes the phallo penis erect (there are a few options of different types of pumps)

You can also not put anything inside the phallo penis if you do not care to have it erect

Testical implants are optional here as well of course!

English translations usually turn the woman part into female, which is a choice I personally dislike. Change the acronym if it doesn’t work in your language if you want to use it!

If you vote on this poll, it would be nice if you have experience with/had an understanding of the term prior to reading this post.

Side note beforehand:

I wish there were more than 12 answers possible. I would have added more combinations and options to best accommodate everyone. I would have also added an option for “complicated/nuanced answer” for every option. If you relate to multiple of the options, try choosing the one that you find most important to yourself and are comfortable with.

Hi :D, not a poll, but a question regarding poll submissions.

The question/poll I want to submit is a bit specific about a thing that isn’t common in English. (It is not originally from the English language and while there has been attempts to use it in English, I don’t think there is a common knowledge about it. Which I am personally glad about it, because I have my issues with it.) Would that be okay? I would/will include an explanation. Also could I mention in the submission that I’d prefer only for people who have experienced this/knew the term before, to answer it? Would I be allowed to mention my opinion on the topic on the poll submission?
