Hi!

So life update (because I’ve been uncommunicative and quiet)! Y’all know everything fell to shit 2 years ago for me and because of that and a desire to get my life on track I tried doing a bunch of new things!

Good things!

Playing some new games after blizz laid off their narrative staff for OW and it felt like after several years of making fan content I got burnt out. Worked out well! I love BG3 and I’m on a big hyper fixation for gale and halsin!

I still love Siebren just as much thanks my friends reminding me how adorable/wonderful a character he is

I’ve been doing more physical art! Including a production the play that goes wrong and doing a lot of drawing!

I got my tits removed! Still identifying as a woman and using she/her but I had over 6 pounds of pain removed off me and I spent the last several months rehabbing! Nothing but love and respect for my fellow big chested friends but lordy it’s life changing to not have them in a heatwave.

Not so good things!

I enrolled in a doctorate program just under a year ago and honestly… not feeling it! I’m 1/4th of the way done with it thanks to accelerated courses and getting some transfer credits in under my belt. Plus it’s free in my case. But this took up 99% of the time that I had to breathe and recover this past year. I’ve been maintaining a 4.0 average in my program and I have already typed well over 65 pages worth of information for my dissertation. I turn into an anal perfectionist when it comes to schoolwork and coupling that with my OCD has proven to be pretty detrimental. I gave up most of my creative endeavors to accommodate for this, my wedding planning, writing, also my violin lessons and stage performance opportunities among others.

My immediate family largely is still not involved in my life. A lot more things have transpired in the past year and a half, and time and time again they were not there for me. There is some repair being done, but honestly, it is so slow rolling, I’ve learned to take care of myself and find the people that I can truly rely on to help me.

Because blizzard did such a shit job of caring for their game characters it felt hard to find my own reasons to care, so I haven’t even really meaningfully touched the game in months

But… things are better now!

I’m finishing my last two assignments for grad school this week and I can finally rest my brain from everything doctoral for a while! Communicating and brainstorming with friends has really helped me to find that creative spark again so… The Emperor and the Priestess update will be made by the first week of August this summer, picking up where we left off 2 years ago ❤️
