he thanks himself for being awake.

you shift.

he looks over at you within a split second.

a single tear runs down your moonlit face.

he knows that it's happening again.

through your sleep, you beg "don't leave, please" in desperacy. and you bolt awake.

a strange nightmare about losing the closest person in your life.

that's what comes from it happening thrice, you think. mother, sister, best friend. 

they all leave eventually. but he's not going to, isn't he?

you've partially learnt to deal with the trauma, with the help of a therapist. the other part though, remains engraved somewhere in your brain.

by the time you grasp your surroundings, you're in a familiar embrace. you've been here before.

your boyfriend is tracing a pattern on your shoulderblade with his one hand and caressing your cheek with the other.

"hansol?" he meets your gaze. "you know what happened." you choke out through your tears.

and he does. he's the only one who knows about your trauma and he knows that the nightmare is a recurring one.

"i know, darling. but i'm here, yeah? and i'm not going anywhere." 

there's a softness in his eyes. one of compassion and concern - he leans in and leaves two kisses on your temples.

"please remember i will always be here with you. 'till the end of my days. and i love you so, so much."

he holds your face with both of his hands. 

his gaze alone is enough to tell you that he cares. he really does. he looks at you in a way that's piercing, but genuine, caring. like he wants to take you in and shield you from any more harm.

like he loves you.

he kisses you gently, like you're so prone to breaking. it's not a kiss of lust and wanting, there's only feelings. raw, humanly emotions.

his eyes are closed. yours are too.

but when he pulls away, he meets your eyes again.

"i love you so much, it hurts. let's go to sleep now, shouldn't we?"

you're safe, at that moment, in hansol's arms. and you're sure of that.

It was another day of pure minecraft grinding on your shared world with wonwoo. You are just vibing in your half of the room, turning your chair to see what wonwoo is up to only to see him in the nether fighting a wither skeleton. You get out of your chair and turn wonwoos chair around “just a sec and then you can go back to playing” you say as you sit on his lap nuzzling your face into the crock of his neck, he hums in happiness. Wonwoo goes back to playing as you sit in his lap drifting in and out of slumber. “someone’s tired” you look up to wonwoo chuckling at your current tired state “well it’s not my fault i’m tired” he chuckles “oh really then who’s fault is it baby” he says back in a teasing tone. you lightly slap his chest “shhh just go back to playing i’m enjoying your warmth” before you knew it you were past out on wonwoos lap hugging like if he was a teddy bear. wonwoo reclines his chair a little grabs and blanket to cover both of you. “i love you” you whisper, wonwoo looks at you in shock as it’s the first time you ever sleep talk in front of him. He gives you a kiss on the crown of your head as he puts his arms around your waist saying “i love you too” soon after that wonwoo falls asleep too, leaving both of you calmly sleeping together.

It was the 50th time you sighed and your boyfriend joshua cuddled up to you catching you of guard. “Everything okay babe?” a dark raspy voice comes out of him “mmm no not really” you respond with another sigh. He wraps his arm around your waist pulling you closer towards him “wanna talk about it?” he asks as he starts to rub your tummy “no not really i just want to sleep but i can’t” as you respond a kiss is placed on the back of your head. “Close your eyes i’ll be here with you okay love” placing another kiss on you. Humming back in respond you start to feel at ease when he starts to play with your hair softly and whispering sweet things to you. Before you know it, you passed out in his arms. “I will always be here for you y/n no matter what i love you” is the last thing he says before passing out with you.

A/N: I recently been listening to silent boarding gate a lot and in got me in the mood to write a Jun drabble so yeah please enjoy it! I recommend listening to the song while reading adds the feel.

your boyfriend jun was a very loving an caring man with you. most of the time you guys would chill for dates going for picnic dates and just him playing his guitar or going for walks in the rain, or on a chilly morning just to see the sunrise form a secret spot he has decided to show you. On a particular picnic date the sun was just warm enough to make you enjoy the weather but not a burning hot feeling. The wind caressed your cheeks as it passed by. You and jun sitting near a river taking in the quietness and stillness of everything, eating a strawberry cake that you made. Jun grabs his guitar “hey babe want to hear something give  been working on” “sure” you say in an exciting tone “he starts to sing this beautiful medley the lyrics sad. As soon as he finishes you burst out in tears jun is taken back “hey hey dont cry its okay” you couldn’t help but just breakdown, you’ve never heard anything so beautiful in your life “please yn dont cry” jun says in a soft voice wiping your tears away. He pulls you in his arms and just stays there until you either stop or tell him why you are crying. “its just so sad but beautiful jun” you say quietly in his chest. he lets out a soft chuckle he lifts you up to see your face and then proceed to kiss you forehead, he whispers “i love you” you just smile and fall back into his arms enjoying the rest of the picnic embracing each other.

A/N pt2: the Vernon fic is coming a long slowly but it's coming. Still debating whether to make it just one thing or a whole story, I almost even made it a smau hahah.

FINE whatever let’s break up! 

You throw your phone across the room and start to uncontrollably sob. Your whole body shaking, the tears creasing your face and soaking the collar of your shirt. The feeling of being abandoned and alone starts creeping over your body, making you panic more. The in air your lungs stars to become harder to breathe, you get your phone and call Vernon in hope that he would answer. He doesn’t answer but you leave a voicemail you just sob for a second “why…. I thought we were doing okay!!!” you say screaming at the phone knowing it would be no use. You manage to get out another sentence but its incoherent words falling from your lips “I gave you my everything. everything Vernon and now you want to break up I don’t understand why” the voicemail ends and your there sitting alone in your apartment. After a few hours the sun starts to rise you are still crying in your living room watching sad melodrama movies. You decide to call Jeonghan in hope of an answer of what happened. 

“Hey Jeonghan” 

“What’s up Y/N? Why do you sound so sick? Are you good” 

“I don’t know” you say as your voice starts to break 

“I think Vernon broke up with me last night....” 

“What!!!! What do you mean by that?!?!” 

“He texted me telling me that he wanted to break up..” you say eventually sobbing through the phone 

“I’m gonna go look for Vernon and get an answer out of him, okay?” Jeonghan says in a sweet voice 

“Okay, thank you” you say softly back

Later that day Jeonghan texts you telling you that Vernon is no where to be found, and that the other members haven’t heard from him either. That makes you worry but you still remember what he done to you earlier. As night comes you get ready for bed as your whole body is killing you for nearly crying for 24 hours. As you were laying in bed slowly dozing off you head your front door open, and hear Vernon’s voice  “Y/N! Y/N!” 

You pretend to sleep in hopes that he would just leave your apartment. He enters your room to see you ‘sleeping’ he sighs and starts to cry silently he starts to talk to you thinking you were sleeping “I fucked up big time to the person I care about the most and now......” he pauses for a brief moment “I don’t think you want me back Y/N…. I was so drunk I didn’t even realize what I was doing Im so sorry Y/N” he says as he voice starts to break, as you hear his voice break you feel tears start to from in your eyes. You get out of bed quickly surprising Vernon and you give him a big hug you start to sob “I was so scared” you say “I know I’m so sorry i didn’t mean to ever hurt you” he hugs you tight to make sure that you know that he’s not going anywhere “I don’t have any intention of breaking up with you anytime soon sweetheart so don’t worry” he says stroking your hair and back. All you can do during this is just sob into the crook of his neck. “let’s go to bed okay? you must be very tired” he says quietly you nod and get in bed Vernon goes to get a cup of water for you, and proceeds to lay down in bed with you. You slowly start to doze off in his arms feeling the warmth of his body and feeling him close to you.
