Hey, don't worry, there will be a new story out this week!

I am currently writing a Sanji & Reader Story, but it is about food / eating and that is a difficult topic for me, sooo I need longer as expected :'D (2 weeks longer qwq) Maybe one of you has a more lighthearted idea or idk a prompt? fav One Piece Chara? If so, send it my way, bc in my head are currently only angsty ideas xD (If you want to know more about the angsty plots I am currently planing, just ask uwu)

Hay Fever

Summary: y/n has hay fever for the first time, and it isn’t fun. Pronouns: They/them

The Straw Hat crew was sailing on the Grand Line, course set to the next island. The last one was a beautiful fall island, the weather got warmer, not as warm as the summer, and the wind brought a grassy smell. y/n sneezed, as the wind tickles their nose. “Did you catch a cold? I told you it wasn’t warm enough to swim in that lake!” Chopper scolded him like a worried mother - or as then overprotective doctor, that he was. y/n laugh, “Na, everything is fine. I don’t feel sick, just a sneeze.” “I'll make you a broth to boost your immune system. Better safe than sorry.” Sanji handed Chopper, y/n and Usopp their lunchtime snacks and tea. “I am fine, but thanks Sanji.” y/n was sure they weren’t sick but appreciated how much the others were worried about them.

The Straw Hat crew took two more days to reach the new Island, and y/n had to endure more teasing because of their sneezing. The Crew was sure they caught a cold, even tho y/n swore they felt fine and just have an itchy nose. As they reached the new Island, it made more sense, for y/n at least.

This one was a beautiful spring Island and everything was filled with life, and pollen. They were greeted by a beautiful scenery filled with blooming flowers and lush greener, birds sang a happy melody and the wind carried everything over to them.

Everyone was excited to explore the Island. Luffy was so eager, that Nami had to order him to help Franky to anchor before their Captain would just jump over on the Island before they were close enough to set over with the Mini-Mary. y/n wanted to explore the island too, but the Crew thought they had a cold, so they were on house arrest - or better ship arrest - and have to rest and keep an eye on the Sunny with Chopper and Zoro. Not the fun they had hoped, but Nami made it clear that there was no point in arguing with her. 

While the others explored the Island, the three were left on the Ship. Zoro took a nap, Chopper were in his Room preparing some Medicine and y/n stand on the deck not knowing what to do. Their eyes were heavy and watery, but y/n wasn’t tired. Even if they were tired, their itchy and runny nose made it impossible to rest. Combined with the couch, it felt wore than the last flu. y/n swore they weren’t sick, but this wasn’t normal and the first time they felt like this. y/n tried to ignore their discomfort. What ever this was, it wouldn't stop them from what ever they're going to do! But the only thing they could do was to sniff, sneezes and coughs - which annoyed Zoro. “I’m gonna get sick, just listening to you, Sniffles!” Usually nothing could wake up Zoro from his nap, nothing that wouldn’t threaten his life at least, but y/n concert seemed to be life-threatening if it kept Zoro from sleeping. “Sorry, Zoro…” y/n sniffed and waked away. y/n went inside and sat in front of the aquarium. It was a little bit better, the cough stopped and breathing was a little bit easier, even tho y/n had to breathe through their mouth. You only appreciate what you had when you don't have it anymore. “WE ARE BACK!!” Luffy announced in full volume. y/n looked tired as they stepped outside to great the adventurers. “Hey, did you find something cool?” y/n asked and sniffed again. “Look! I found a cool bug!” Luffy said and shoved a big purple flower in y/n face. They saw the blue shimmering bug, sitting in the center of the flower, but they also smelled the pollen the beetle kicked up as it rubbed its legs. Without a warning, y/n sneezed, and the only thing left was the stem in Luffy’s hand. The bug landed on the ground, the petals and pollen flew around and filled the air. y/n couldn’t apologies, because that flower set off a chain reaction of sneezes and y/n stumbled backwards. “Noooo! My bug!” Luffy cried out and tried to catch his shimmery friend so that y/n couldn’t step on him. The rest of the crew quickly noticed y/n struggling. Robin used her Devil Fruit Powers to catch them, before falling. “It seems you have a severe case of hay fever, y/n” Robin stated as y/n tried to stop sneezing. “My nose burns…” y/n wined as they finally could do more than sneezing and crying.

“You should stay inside and don’t come in contact with anything from this island.” Chopper advised, but it was difficult. The Crew tried to find a place for y/n to rest, but no matter where they went, they were still affected by the allergens on the island Everyone and everything had contact with the pollen, so even after a shower and cleaning, y/n had difficulties breathing. “I am sorry... That you lost your cool bug...” y/n sniffed as they sat beside Luffy in the aquarium bar. “Ah, don’t worry. Hope you feel better soon.” Luffy smiled.

- As they finally left the island, y/n started to feel better. Their symptoms slowly faded away, and they were able to enjoy the journey with their crewmates again.

Although they were disappointed that they couldn't explore the beautiful spring Island, they were happy to finally breathe freely again. Chopper made sure to do his research and take any necessary precautions to keep everyone healthy and safe next time, and prepared allergy medicine for every future adventure. Just in case, they encountered another spring-like island.

Creep (Kid Version)

The Kid Pirates had just completed a stressful fight, and their captain Eustass Kid decided that everyone deserved a night off, letting off some steam. So they docked at a port and made their way to a crowded bar. 

The crew were laughing and sipping on drinks as they all mingled with the bar patrons. However, y/n, one of their newest crewmates, was getting more anxious with every passing moment. The reason? A man at the bar kept hitting on him, and it was clear y/n was not interested. 

y/n tried to ignore the man, the comments and looks as much as possible, but there was just so much one could endure. Nothing he said helped to move away from the annoying, creepy man, and y/n got more and more nervous, angry and stressed.

Even a few drinks in, Kid noticed that something was off, he didn't like the way the person was looking at y/n, how he touched him, talked to him, and he could sense that his crewmate was uncomfortable af. 

Without hesitation, Kid walked over to y/n, tapped him on the shoulder to not alarm him more before put his arm around him. "Hey, y/n, leave this creep be and drink some beers with us" he said, turning and shoving him towards the table Kid sat on only a few seconds ago and behind him, so that he now stoot between y/n and the stranger.

The man had a few brave seconds, telling Kid to get lost and who he thinks he was, before getting punched in the face by the pirate captain. 

"Leave my crewmate alone, creep" Kid said sternly, looking down on the stranger, which laid on the floor, bleeding.

The man now quickly backed off, realizing that he had just messed with a notorious pirate captain that wouldn’t hesitate to do more than break a stranger's nose in one punch. Kid looked at y/n to make sure he was okay, without a further care for the Stranger, or anyone else. Even tho, he would have loved to use the creep as a punching bag more. 

"Thanks, captain," y/n said, still looking shaken. "I didn't know how to handle that guy."

Kid gave him a rare friendly smile. "That's what the crew is here for. We watch out for each other. I don't like seeing anyone on my crew feel uncomfortable at a party. That person was definitely giving off some creepy vibes."

“Yeah, it is easier to get rid of the Marine, as such creeps…” “If they don’t take a no as an answer and won’t leave you alone, just punch or kick them. We deal with the rest later, if necessary.” 

Kid couldn't help but smile. He had always been a bit rough around the edges, but deep down he had a good heart, even tho nobody would say that in front of Kid. Not if he didn’t have a death wish - or liked pain a lot…

As they made their way back to the table, and now, with y/n by his side, everyone cheered and raised their glasses in solidarity. The evening continued in a relaxed and happy way. It was a night to unwind, to enjoy each other's company, and most importantly, to feel safe.

y/n couldn't help but feel overjoyed. He had found a crew that accepted him for who he was, made him feel safe, and they had his back no matter what. He knew that, with the Kid Pirates, he had finally found his true home. And that thought alone was enough to put a big smile on his face.

Creep (Law Version)

Summary: One night, the crew decided to visit a local bar to drink and party. But beside music, booze and food, y/n meets a creepy dude with too much confident. Luckily, Law is there to safe the night.

The Heart Pirates had set a course for a small island, where they planned to take a break and enjoy some drinks at a local bar. They docked and as fast as possible finished their work, stocked up supplies before heading out to the local bar.

When they entered the bar, y/n couldn't help but feel overwhelmed. The loud music, the crowd, and the pushy people made his heart race and his palms sweat. y/n had always struggled with new and loud places, but he kept it hidden well, especially since he joined the Heart Pirates, things felt easier. He didn't want to be a burden to anyone, and he wanted to prove himself, so he always kept his worries to himself. 

At the beginning, everything went well. The Alcohol and the crew made things easier, up until he couldn’t ignore the man that had stared at him from across the room. y/n tried to ignore it, but as soon as he went to the bar for a drink, the man went over to him and started hitting on him. Giving y/n over the top compliments and touching his shoulder or arm all the time.

Law, who had been chatting with Bepo and Jean Bart, noticed y/n's discomfort right away as he saw him. y/n look down, got smaller in his statue and looked nervously around. As Law’s and y/n’s gaze meet, y/n whispered a silent, “help”, clearly wanting nothing more than to leave this situation. Without a word to the others, he got up and stood between y/n and the stranger, giving the creep a sharp look. 

"Can I help you?" Law asked, his gaze colder than ice.

The man backed off, muttering something under his breath, and slipped away, clearly knowing he shouldn’t start a fight with him. y/n let out a sigh of relief, and Law turned to him, concern etched on his face.

"Are you okay?" he asked, touching y/n's arm lightly, noticing only now how much y/h was shaking. 

y/n nodded, not wanting to make a big deal out of it, but Law wasn't convinced. The ghost like look on y/n face and on the verge of tears, where only two clear sings that nothing was okay. “y/n.” Law sounded seriously, he didn’t like to get lied to, especially if it was so obvious.

“I.. I want to go back to the ship..” y/n whispered, hoping the captain wouldn’t notice his distress. Law notices how unwell y/n felt, but didn’t want him to feel even worse, so he didn’t say a word about it. 

"Then let's go back to the ship," Law said firmly, putting a hand on y/n back, guiding him to the door. "I don't like that place."

y/n was grateful for Law's help and thanked him. Law simply smiled and said, "We look after our own here."

Once they were back on the ship, Law and the rest of the crew made sure to keep y/n company and reassure him that everything was okay. No one made him feel bad, for leaving the bar and town early. They all played cards, sang and danced, and just hung out, and y/n felt better with every passing minute. 

When he drifted off to sleep that night, he couldn't help but feel grateful for the Heart Pirates and Law that they made him part of the crew. He had a crew, a family that cared about him, and would always be there to help him when he needed it. It was a realization that made him happy and relieved, and he knew that he'd never forget it. Life wasn't easy, but with people like them by his side, he knew he could overcome anything. The Marine, other Pirates and even a creepy man.

Creep (Luffy Version)

As the sun began to set, the Straw hats and their newest member, y/n, wandered into a seedy bar in search of a good time. The atmosphere was dark and smokey, but the crew didn't mind. They were used to party it in any environment, and this place was no exception.

As they made their way to one of the tables at the bar, y/n felt something off and started to feel uneasy. He had never been to a place like this before, and the seedy characters around him were making him nervous. It was one thing to face other pirates, another to face bandits or shady town folks. The crew was too busy enjoying the drinks and music to notice or didn’t care for the tense vibes around them, so y/n tried to brush off his anxiety and join in on the fun.

But as the night went on, things started to take a dark turn. A man at the bar took a liking to y/n and began hitting on him aggressively. y/n tried to ignore him, but the man's persistence was making him uncomfortable. The man switch between complimenting him fore something and talking him down over a similar thing. No matter what y/n said, the creepy dude shrugged it off, as if he would talk to a child that didn’t get his candy. Which made the situation even more uncomfortable for y/n. 

Luffy, who was sitting a few seats away, enjoying his meal, noticed the situation and grew increasingly protective of his crewmate. He could see that y/n was anxious, and he knew that it wouldn't take long for things to escalate if the creep didn’t listen to y/n plead to move on. Either because Luffy puts the guy in his place, or because one of his Crew members solves the situation in their own way to protect y/n.

As the man continued to harass y/n, Luffy jumped into action. With a fierce look in his eyes, and a big smile on his face, he marched over to y/n and the creep. “I think you should go somewhere else.” Luffy stood beside y/n, looking at the man that bothered his friend. For a brief moment, the man had thought about belittling Luffy, maybe punch him, doing something to look strong, but there was something in Luffy’s eyes that made him back down. He felt fear as if he stood in front of a blood lusty monster, ready to strike. The man, intimidated by Luffy's aggressive demeanor, backed down, stuttered an apology to y/n and left the bar.

For a moment, the bar was quiet, everyone unsure what just happened. But as Luffy had his big happy smile on his face, Brook took it as a cue to get the party going again and played on his viola, so they all could continue to celebrate the night away.

Breathing a sigh of relief and a weak smile on his face, y/n looked up at Luffy. “Thanks for saving me, Captain.” “Shihihihi, sure thing. Next time, punch them right in the face, okay y/n?” “Aye, Aye, Captain.” Luffy put an arm around y/n and pulled him with him, so he could make sure no one would try to creep on his friend again. They drank, sang and eat until the early morning.

As they stumbled out of the bar in the early hours of the morning, the crew exchanged stories and laughter, happy to have made another memorable night together. And as they walked into the new dawn, y/n looked at Luffy with an even stronger sense of trust and admiration – knowing that, no matter what, he had his back and that he would do everything for Luffy.

Don’t get sunburned

Summary: Zoro found y/n taking a nap and is worried they get a sunburn. But the Swordsman is a knight in sweaty armor and gets a love confession as a thank-you. (Ignoring canon time / timeline and how canon time works) y/n Pronouns: they/them

It was a bright and sunny day, the ocean calm and the wind filled the sail to move the Thousand Sunny to bring the Straw Hat Pirates to their next destination. The Straw Hat Pirates were enjoying their time on deck. They were either playing some games, did their job like cooking for the Crew, or repairing something, or they're lounging in the sun. Zoro was busy training as usual, but his thoughts kept drifting to a certain member of the crew - y/n.

y/n was a newer member of the Straw Hats, having joined them only a few months ago. They were an enthusiastic member, always eager to learn and help in any way they could, and they were a good addition to the crew dynamic. Zoro had noticed y/n's hard work and had taken a liking to them, but he hadn't mustered up the courage to tell them just how much he cared for them. He was more the type of person that showed how he felt trough actions as with words. Small gestures that showed his friends how much he cared for them, but showing someone you care for them more as just friends was different - more difficult.

As Zoro was training, he noticed that y/n had fallen asleep on the deck in the bright sun. He frowned worriedly, not wanting y/n to get a sunburn. Without a second thought, Zoro put down his weights and scooped y/n up into his strong arms, on his way, carrying them to a shady spot on the deck. The one Zoro usually laid for his naps after his training.

y/n, still asleep, cuddled up against Zoro’s warm chest, mumbled something that made Zoro's heart skip a beat. "Lve you," they whispered softly in their sleep. The swordsman blushed deeply, not quite sure if y/n had meant to say that out loud or if it was just a dream. Were they dreaming about someone else, or did they really mean to say it to Zoro? If y/n were awake, they would have heard Zoro’s heard skipping a beat, but luckily no one besides him knew and Robin had only noticed the deep red on the swordsman’s face, but didn’t say anything. Zoro had stopped, looking down at y/n, still sleeping with a soft smile on their face. 

But at that moment, Zoro knew that he couldn't keep his feelings to himself any longer. Without a second thought, he gently kissed y/n's forehead, waking them up with a tired and surprised expression on their face.

"Hey," he said cheekily. "You're not supposed to fall asleep in the sun, you know that. Sunburn aren’t fun, and I don’t want you to get hurt."

y/n laughed, feeling a rush of affection for the swordsman. "Thanks for looking out for me," they said, smiling. “Is that the reason, why you are pretend to be an umbrella and hold me like a Nobel?” “I can put you back down if you like, your highness”, Zoro said, clearly without the intention to put y/n down. “NO!” and to prove that they didn’t want to leave Zoro’s strong arms, y/n put their arms around Zoro and pressed themselves against his naked, warm and sweaty chest. “You are, from now on, my favorite umbrella~” said y/n teasingly, before yawning. “I know you are not finished with your training, but… would you like to join me for a nap?” Zoro laughed and carried y/n to his nap-spot and sad down, with y/n still in his arms.

“I take that as a yes” y/n mumbles amused, their cheek against the swordsmen’s chest. “Sleep well, y/n.” “You two, Zoro. Love u” “Love you too y/n…”

Zoro's heart skipped a beat once again, but this time, it was with happiness and a little bit of pride. He had finally found the courage to express his feelings, and it seems like it paid off in the best possible way. The two of them sat in the shade for the rest of the day, sleeping, and later talking and laughing together, happy to be in each other's company. 

They were now inseparable, looking out for each other, with their love only growing stronger as they continued their adventures together.

It was the first night on a new Island and the crew decided to go to a bar, meet new people, party and let off some steam. Sanji's eyes immediately scanned the bar. He noticed a few people sitting and laughing, but he didn't see anyone who caught his attention. Yes, there were some cute girls, but they either seem to be there with another man or a group of friends. Nothing he wanted to join - for now at least.

As the night went on, the alcohol started flowing, more and more people joint, people started dancing and singing. The Straw Hat Crew knew how to party, and the Town bar was their Stage for tonight. Luffy, Chopper and Usopp were dancing on a table in the center of the bar, while Franky and Brook on the other hand had taken it upon them to fill the air with music. Zoro arm wrestled a few men who thought they were strong enough to defeat him, while Nami took the money off them for trying and took care of the betting pot. Sanji sat at a table with Robin, talking, flirting and drinking. His gaze wandered over the bar, making sure no one bothers his beloved Nami or the boys starting some big nonsense ot troubles.

At first, he thought y/n was in a normal conversation with one of the townspeople, and he didn’t bat an eye. Only when he looked over the second time did he notice how different y/n seemed. It was just the way y/n carried himself -- intense, Stoic, and unapproachable, the look on y/n's face he felt like something wasn’t right. It was clear, that he was getting hit on by someone, and Sanji could tell that this wasn't making y/n feel good at all. When their eyes met, Sanji asked with a guest if he was alright. The way y/n expression looked even more anguished was enough for Sanji to step in. He didn't need any more convincing. He stood up and walked over to y/n to take care of his problem.

Sanji approached them, putting a hand on y/n shoulder. “Hey y/n, why don’t you come over.” “Can't you see you're interrupting us, Blondie. Go get lost.” The person didn’t seem to take the hint, still trying to pursue y/n, ignoring the glare Sanji gave him. Sanji’s eyes simmering in anger. 

“I think it is time for you to get lost” the tone ins Sanji’s voice was a clear warning and y/n was worried that he was the reason a fight would break out and bring everyone trouble. They just came in, and y/n didn’t know how long the Log Pose would take to get them to the next Island. “Sanji, let’s go outside. I would love to have a cigarette..”

With a confused look on his face, Sanji nodded and followed y/n outside. y/n hated it when Sanji smoked, so it was clearly a lie, but who would he be, to out his friend's white lie in front of a creep. The second the door closed behind them, y/n was visibly relieved. “Are you okay?” Even tho Sanji tried to hide it, y/n heard how worried the cook was. “I am now, thanks..” y/n smiled, but it didn’t quite reach his eyes. “Do you want to go back to the Sunny? I had enough party, so we can go back, and I make us a tea and sandwiches.” He tried to make y/n feel comfortable to leave the party without feeling guilty or anything. But y/n shook his had no. “It is okay, give me two more minutes, and I am back ready for a party.” Sanji made sure that y/n was okay. The cold air and Sanji’s words calmed y/n nerves down. The Blond talked about the night sky, how he is sure that Luffy will have eaten everything the bar had at the end of the night. Small things that made y/n think about all the good things the night had to offer, and not a creepy dude. The rest of the crew waited for them, and even tho nobody said anything about what happened. In their own way, they made sure y/n was okay, after Sanji had led him back inside and  to the Straw hat's table. Zoro gave y/n a beer, Luffy offered him some of his food, and Usopp told him a story y/n didn’t hear before and was most likely a lie. Sanji sat beside y/n looking after him, making sure he wouldn’t feel this unease again.  As they were back on the Sunny and everyone went to bed, y/n hold Sanji back.

“I wanted to thank you, Sanji”

“Don’t worry about it. If someone ever creeps you out again, I kick them down in no time.” The blonde smiled bright, patting y/n on the shoulder before going into the kitchen, to make some tea.

As a newcomer to the crew, y/n was still trying to find his place. He was excited to be part of such an amazing group of people, but he also felt like he didn't quite fit in. The rest of the crew had been together for so long, and sometimes he felt like an outsider looking in.

One night, the crew decided to visit a local bar to drink and party. y/n was excited at the prospect of letting off some steam, he had always enjoyed a good bar. Drinking, laughing, and talking with old and new friends and meeting new people had always been one of his favorite pastimes. The bar was crowded, and the atmosphere was rowdy. People were drinking and dancing, and the noise level was almost deafening.

At first, y/n tried his best to fit in. He talked to some townsfolk, danced with Chopper, but as the night went on, he found himself getting more and more uncomfortable. To calm his nerves, he went to the bar counter and sat there for a beer, or two. But the feeling of being watched didn’t go away, and he started to feel like he was being targeted, singled out by one of the other patrons.

As he sat there at the bar, sipping on a drink, a man approached him. At first, the man seemed friendly, but the longer they talked, the more y/n realized that he was being hit on. The man was making suggestive comments and invading y/n‘s personal space, he started to feel anxious. 

y/n didn't know what to do. He felt trapped, and he didn't want to cause a scene. No matter how much he tried to politely excuse himself and to leave, the men in front of him roped him back up in the conversation. Looking for a way out or help, he looked around in the bar. y/n noticed Zoro watching him from across the room, and he felt a sense of relief. Even tho he was new on the Crew it felt like Zoro looked out for him and as their gaze meet, it seemed Zoro understand him and how unconformable y/n felt.

Then, as if on a cue of now or never, the man at the bar leaned in to kiss y/n. y/n froze, not knowing what to do. But Zoro rushed over, grabbing the man by the collar and pulling him away from y/n .

"You need to back off!" Zoro growled, his eyes flashing with anger.

The man stumbled back, staring at Zoro in surprise.

"What the hell, man? I was just trying to have a little fun."

Zoro glared at him, his fists clenched at his sides.

"Leave him alone," he said, his voice low and menacing.

The man looked from Zoro to y/n, then shook his head and walked away, mumbling some insults but knowing better as to start a direct fight with the green haired man. 

y/n let out a breath he didn't realize he had been holding. He looked over at Zoro, feeling a rush of gratitude.

"Thanks," he said, his voice shaking a little but a smile on his lips.

Zoro shrugged, suddenly looking uncomfortable.

"No problem," he muttered, avoiding y/n‘s gaze.

But y/n could tell that Zoro was happy to have been able to help. At that moment, he felt a sense of kinship with Zoro that he hadn’t felt before. “You should join me at the table, it’s easier to keep the creeps away..” Surprised, y/n nodded and followed Zoro to the table the swordsman had sat earlier. They didn’t talk much, but they didn’t need to. Usopp talked a lot, told stories about their Adventures to every patron, who was willing - or unwilling- to listen. Nami ripped off a handful of people at poker, though y/n had a feeling that Robin played her part in Nami's success one way or another. When Luffy didn’t eat, he danced and sang with Chopper and Franky, while Sanji flirted with every beautiful woman he saw- tho Sanji seemed less creepy as the men y/n meet at the bar, accepting a no and just moving on to flirt with the next.

The night at the bar continued, and y/n had a great time. He realized that he wasn't an outsider, he was part of a family. A family of pirates who would do anything to protect one of their own, they just show their love differently than he is used to. 

As they left the bar, y/n walked over to Zoro and put a hand on his shoulder.

"Thanks," he said again, his voice a little more confident this time.

Zoro looked at him and smiled, a tiny smile that showed how much he had come to care for y/n.

"No problem," he said. "You're one of us."

Drunken Sketches

Summary: The Straw Hat Crew reacts to a creative outburst y/n had as they were drunk. (Jinbe is part of the Straw Hat Crew) y/n Pronouns: they/them

It was a peaceful morning on the Thousand Sunny. Sanji was in the kitchen preparing a hungover breakfast for the Crew, while Jinbe relaxed on the deck, watching the sky and calm sea navigating the ship to the next island. Some of the Straw Hat Crew looked more tired or hungover than other, after their big party last night. Zoro seemed like nothing happened and as he didn’t drink two barrels of sake alone. Nami and Ussop on the other hand looked like they were the ones drinking too much, even tho they had two beer top last night. “Breakfast!” Luffy was the ray of sunshine as usual and was about to reach for the breakfast as Sanji stopped him.” “Hey! You know, not to eat until everyone is there, Luffy.” Only now, Luffy noticed that y/n was missing at the table. He asked Robin if she had seen them, but as she looked up from the newspaper, Robin shook her head, “No, the last time I saw them was before I went to bed. They were looking for paper.” “For paper? I saw them in front of sick bay..” Nami said, massaging her temple, looking up tired and worried.

With that as a clue, Luffy jumped up and went to sick bay looking for y/n. The Captain was hungry, and he didn’t want to wait any longer. “y/n!! Food!” As Luffy approached the door, he could hear y/n snoring loudly inside. When he opened the door, Luffy was surprised to find his friend lying on the floor surrounded by sheets of paper and colored pencils. Luffys laugh brought everyone up and rushed to investigate why their Captain was laughing so loud. When they joint Luffy, they saw a snoring y/n curled up, eyes closed, and hand over their eyes and ears to shut out the laugh and the sun. "What the hell happened here?" Zoro muttered. Nami and Chopper picked up some of the sheets of paper from the floor that surrounded y/n, hoping not one of their important Maps or documents were scattered there. As they looked through the pages, they saw that everything was ok, and realized that the drawings on them were actually quite good.

"These are amazing!" Chopper exclaimed, holding up a drawing of himself that y/n had done, complete with little antlers and a red nose.

"Yeah, look at this one of me!" Robin said, holding up a sketch of herself sitting in her chair, surrounded by books, she had picked up.

Usopp and Franky were particularly impressed by their portraits, which showed them posing dramatically with their respective weapons. "I always knew I looked cool, but I never thought someone could capture my essence like this," Franky said with a grin.

As they admired the drawings, Jinbe noticed something funny about the way they were arranged. "They're in alphabetical order," he pointed out. "Look, there's Brook, then Chopper, then Franky..." “yohohoho, how fantastic!” 

Everyone laughed at the realization that even in their drunken state, y/n had taken the time to arrange their drawings with care. They felt a warm sense of affection for their friend, even though they were too hungover to hear it.

"Let's not wake them up," Nami said, picking up one of the drawings and cradling it carefully. "We can put these in the gallery and surprise them, when they wake up."

The rest of the crew agreed, and they carefully gathered the pages of the gallery-worthy artwork. As they left the room, Chopper took one last look at y/n, who was still snoring contentedly on the floor.

"I'm glad they are part of our crew," the little reindeer said, before putting a glass of water and some medicine against the hungover near them.

As they settled back to the breakfast table, admiring each other's portraits, the Straw Hat Crew knew that they had another memorable moment to add to their collection of adventures. And even though y/n couldn't remember anything about their artistic endeavors the night before, they knew that their talent and creativity would be remembered forever.

Restless Mind

Summary:

Brook heard a noise that he couldn't ignore. Curious, he followed the sound until he found y/n sitting on the deck, staring out at the ocean, looking restless. What friend would he be, if he doesn't help another restless soul?

It was the dead of night on the Thousand Sunny, and all was quiet except for the gentle sound of the ocean waves. But as Brook walked the deck, he heard a noise that he couldn't ignore. It was the sound of a squeak and someone mumbling, and it was coming from somewhere on the ship.

Curious, Brook followed the sound until he found y/n sitting on the deck, staring out at the ocean. They looked restless, like they hadn't slept in days. When y/n heard Brook's footsteps approaching, they turned to look at him and offered a small smile.

"Can't sleep, can you?" Brook asked, sitting down beside y/n.

y/n shook their head. "No… I just can't seem to stop thinking."

Brook nodded sympathetically. "I know how you feel, my friend. Sometimes, the mind just won't rest." He looked at y/n understanding and with a loving gaze in his eyes - even tho Brook doesn’t have eyes.

For a few moments, they sat in silence, watching the ocean dance beneath them. Then, Brook cleared his throat and began to sing in his hauntingly beautiful voice. "Yohohoho, yohohoho, a pirates' life for me. We set sail for the horizon, in search of fame and glory. Through storms and battles, we fight and we strive, for the treasures that await us, in the depths of the sea."

y/n listened intently, their eyes closing as Brook's voice filled the air, mixing with the sound of the waves, creating a calling harmony. The words of the song were like a comfort to them, reminding them of old adventures and old friends, a time before they meet the Straw Hats, but also the fun times they already had with their new friends.

"As we journey on, we'll face many foes, but we'll never back down, we'll never lose hope. For in our hearts, we carry the dream, of a world filled with freedom, and a life on the sea."

When the song was over, y/n opened their eyes and smiled at Brook. "Thank you, my friend. That was beautiful."

Brook returned the smile. "It was my pleasure. Never forget why you set sail, y/n. Your dreams are what keep you moving forward."

With those words, Brook rose from his seat and made his way back, leaving y/n to sit on the deck and watch the stars above.

And as they sat there, listening to the sound of the ocean and the memories of Brook's song, y/n realized that they weren't alone. They had the support of their crewmates and the dream that they carried in their heart. And with that, they knew that they could face whatever challenges lay ahead on their journey as a pirate. Their mind was calm as the sea and y/n knew if the storm in their head starts again, they have friends that help him through the storm.

Healing Hug

Platonic male reader & Monkey D. Luffy Pronouns: he/him -------- y/n had always been a man of few words, but his actions spoke volumes. He had joined the Straw Hat Pirates not just to fulfill his own personal vendetta, but also because he saw something special in the captain, Monkey D. Luffy. The boy's strength and determination were unmatched, and his passion for adventure was contagious.

But recently, y/n had been feeling more lost and alone than ever before. The weight of his past weighed heavily on his shoulders, and he began to doubt whether he truly belonged on the crew. He felt like an outsider, watching from the sidelines as the rest of the crew celebrated their victories and bonded over shared experiences.

One day, after a particularly tough battle, y/n found himself standing alone on the deck of the ship. He couldn't shake the feeling of emptiness that had been growing inside of him, and he wished for someone to talk to, someone who could understand.

Without warning, Luffy appeared next to him, grinning from ear to ear. "Hey, y/n! You're looking kind of down. What's up?"

y/n didn't know how to respond at first. He wasn't used to being open with others, especially about his innermost feelings. But something about Luffy's gentle demeanor and infectious optimism made him want to open up.

So he began to tell Luffy about his past, about the things he had done that he wasn't proud of, decisions he made that he regretted, and the self-doubt he felt seeing how unapologetic the Straw Hats were. He expected Luffy to be disgusted or angry or that he would dismiss his feelings, but instead, the captain listened intently, nodding along sympathetically.

When y/n finished speaking, there was a long moment of silence. He braced himself for the worst, for Luffy to tell him that he was no longer welcome on the crew. But instead, Luffy took a step closer, wrapping his arms around y/n in a warm embrace.

At first, y/n tensed up, unused to physical contact. But as Luffy held him tight, he felt something inside of him begin to shift. He realized that he didn't have to carry the weight of his past alone, that there were others who cared about him and wanted to support him no matter what. That he was worthy to live a happy life.

As they pulled away from the hug, y/n looked up at Luffy, tears in his eyes. "You...you give the best hugs, captain," he whispered.

Luffy beamed at him. "Of course! That's what friends are for, right?"

y/n felt like a weight had been lifted off of his shoulders. He began to feel more like a part of the crew, bonding with his fellow pirates over shared experiences and inside jokes. And whenever he needed a little extra comfort, he knew that Luffy would be there with open arms, ready to give him a hug that made everything feel a little bit better.

Special Smell

Platonic male reader & Straw Hat Boys Pronouns: he/him -----

y/n had finally had enough. He had put up with the other boys' chaos and stink for far too long. Every day, he would walk into the room on the Thousand Sunny only to be greeted by the pungent odor of dirty laundry and sweat.

He had tried to talk to the other boys about it, but they only laughed and told him to relax. Cleaning up after the others only worked for a few days before it looked like every other day before. Plus, it didn't chance the fact, that the boys didn't shower often enough. y/n had enough, so he decided to take matters into his own hands.

One day, while the other boys were out exploring an island, y/n put his plan into action. He went to the local market and purchased the strongest air fresheners he could find.

When the other boys arrived back on the ship, they were greeted with a pleasant aroma that filled the air. They were all surprised and pleased with the change in scent, until they realized what had happened.

Yes, y/n had gone overboard with the air fresheners and the scent was so strong that they couldn't breathe properly - even y/n had problems with the strong smell, but for him, it was a big improvement compared to the usual smell. They all started coughing and waving their hands in front of their faces to try to get rid of the overpowering smell. “Do you want to kill us? This is far too much?!” “I think I'm gonna throw up…” The boys clearly didn’t like the room improvement y/n did while they were gone. 

Frustrated and annoyed, the other boys confronted y/n about his actions, but y/n simply shrugged and said, "You didn't listen to me when I told you to clean up after yourselves, so this is the consequence."

After that day, the other boys made a conscious effort to keep the room clean and fresh, knowing that y/n would not hesitate to take action if they didn't. It wasn't an instant change, but it was better, and they kept each other in check in fear of the air freshener. -----

(And from that day forward, the Thousand Sunny was known as the best smelling ship on the Grand Line. /j)
