I know that the Hoshido siblings were all born to Sumeragi and Ikona but that's stupid. If he didn't marry Mikoto until after Sakura was born, then there should be NO reason why Hinoka, at least, shouldn't know that Corrin isn't biologically related to them. She'd be way too old to not remember that. It does NOT make sense for the timeline.
Either make it clear that Corrin is assumed to be the result of an extramarital affair that happened before Sumeragi married Mikoto or, my preferred answer, that Takumi and Sakura are the children of Sumeragi and Mikoto.
(Let's ignore for a moment that this entire 'not blood related' thing only exists in the first place to justify marrying the Hoshido siblings.)
