Yes I fold the corner of a page to keep my spot, call me a monster 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ . I also fuel my mind as much as I fuel my body. I know I talk a lot about fueling my body, staying active, making good choices, but none of that will make me happy if I have a shitty mindset. . Reading my PD everyday or listening to a good podcast fuels my mind just as my spinach omelets fuel my body. Missing my daily Pd feels the same as missing a workout.
