PS-DBM also drastically reduced the acquisition cost of such PPEs as evidenced by DOH procurement records. Per DOH records, in #Year2015, the 8-piece PPE set was awarded at #PHP3500 per set, 97% higher than the average price offer of China-based manufacturers which was at PHP 1,773.51. In #Year2016, the awarded 8-piece PPE was priced at #PHP3864 per set, 118% higher than the average price offer of China-based manufacturers. The COVID-19 pandemic has certainly induced fear, pressure, and anxiety. Despite this, we at PS-DBM vow to remain transparent and cooperative. Because we believe that as one government, it is through collaboration not divisionwe can overcome this pandemic. Together, we heal as one.
