Dari Ubai bin Ka’ab, Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘Alaihi Wasallam bersabda: “Janganlah kamu mencaci angin. Lalu apabila engkau melihat yang tidak menyenangkan, maka berdoalah: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّا نَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ خَيْرِ هَذِهِ الرِّيْحَ وَخَيْرِ مَا فِيْهَا وَخَيْرِ مَا أُمِرَتْ بِهِ وَنَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ هَذِهِ الرِّيْحَ وَشَرِّ مَا فِيْهَا وَشَرِّ مَا أُمِرَتْ بِهِ “Ya Allah, sesungguhnya kami memohon kepada-Mu kebaikan angin ini dan kebaikan yang ada padanya dan kebaikan yang dibawanya. Dan kami berlindung kepada-Mu dari keburukan angin ini, keburukan yang ada padanya dan keburukan yang dibawanya.” (HR. Al-Tirmidzi)

There is no doubt that the heart becomes covered with rust, just as metal dishes - silver, and their like - become rusty. So the rust of the heart is polished with dhikr, for dhikr polishes the heart until it becomes like a shiny mirror. However, when dhikr is abandoned, the rust returns; and when it commences then the heart again begins to be cleansed. Thus the heart becoming rusty is due to two matters: sins and neglecting remembrance of Allah. Likewise, it is cleansed and polished by two things: istighfaar and dhikr. ” — Ibn Al-Qayyim In addition of one self reminder of surah Ar Rad verse 11 ' Verily! 'Payah jua kan berhijrah (berubah) ani' Hijrah is difficult, but you will know again that there are actually more difficult than just changing. If at the time of 'change' you only need to walk slowly not run drastically. So when you keep the change, You have to hug it tightly. So none of your changing which finally lasted one by one, bit by bit and brings you back to the past. Yes, Hijrah is the most easy at all. But Istiqomah is the hardest thing and tricky part after hijrah. If we truly intends to change for the better because Allah S.W.T. InsyaAllah.. Allah will help us.
