Consider buying this if you love coloring! I have two from this artist, and they're worth every penny!
The new colouring book is coming together!!
I put the order in for the proof copy today and I'm excited for the next steps. This colouring book has 63 pages to color in, making it the biggest colouring book I've made so far by almost 10 illustrations. Behold the fruit of my labor! (I don't know I get nervous writing captions and default to strange humor based on ear-worms. Behold! Be~hold!)
I really hope you all like this coloring book a lot, I think it's going to be super cool and I am very excited about it. It means the world to me if you'd share this, I haven't cracked the code on marketing yet.
Keep you eye out for more updates! xoxoxo
I am the artist! Do not post without permission & credit! Thank you! Come visit me over on: instagram.com/ellenartistic or tiktok.

'I have no idea what the hell this is but I'm in!' 🤣 I can't help but wonder if more than one Ninja Turtle fan had this thought or something like it at some point!
"I do not even go to TMNT but every post of yours that I see makes me wonder if perhaps I should."
@roguetelepaths speaks for a lot of my mutuals. Funny thing is, this is how the TMNT fandom had always worked. I know a guy who saw the original Mirage comic in 1984 as a teen and said "I have no idea what the hell this is but I'm in." And he's been collecting indie comics ever since. It was how I got into the fandom at nine years old in 1988 turning on the television to a Season 2 episode and going "I don't know what the hell this is but I'm in love and this will become part of my life."
No wonder Turtlemania literally took over the world.

It is heartbreakingly delicious, though sadly tends to have an unhealthy amount of salt so I can't indulge in it often. Sometimes I wish I lived in Italy, where they eat bread and pasta all the time and somehow stay healthy. Bread, fried noodles, and buttery sauces would be the only nectar and ambrosia for me if I was a Greek goddess. 😋

Barnes and Nobles is gonna start serving food and alcohol.
Everybody’s cracking jokes about how it’s a desperate attempt to stay relevant in the age of Amazon.
But you know what? Props to them. This is exactly what Blockbuster didn’t do. At no point was Blockbuster like “Hey, movie rentals aren’t the lucrative enterprise they once were. Perhaps it’s time we become known for our cheesy garlic bread.”

Read this a few years ago, it's awesome!

Puppet on a String - cover Start Reading –> P1, P2, P3, Epilogue
————————- So… I’ve been working on a “Rise of the TMNT” fancomic. It’s an idea that I needed to get out of my head. Here’s the cover art for it.
Reblogs would be appreciated. Get hyped, because I am!

I work retail, and have for many years now. I'm not an easily fazed person and have a Talk No Shit, Take No Shit mentality. However, I also have a pretty intense anxiety disorder on top of other mental health issues and when I started 6+ years ago there were some customers who got to me.
So, to all the workers facing Karens and Kens out in the wild, here's my advice - cry.
If you have the type of relationships with your coworkers and managers that will support you, don't try to hold it in. Cry like the overworked, underpaid peon you are.
Nothing terrifies an asshole Karen like the indisputable proof that their actions/words are affecting you as a real live person. They feel perfectly entitled to cuss out a cashier over a wrong order/no cash policy/ face mask mandate but when that person starts to cry and asks them why they'd say such mean things? A whole other story, my friend.
There's no way to make that situation look good to the manager they demanded to speak with, either. My manager literally got a security guard fired for being so verbally abusive he made one of her employees cry.
This strategy has multiple benefits -
1. You're not standing there trying to pen up your emotions, crying is a great physical release for negative emotions and you may very well feel somewhat better afterwards.
2. The person who precipitated the situation is forced to not only see you as a person with feelings, but also has to confront the fact that their abuse has consequences beyond themselves.
3. It can actually give your higher-ups leverage to address these situations. 'They yelled at my employee' is one thing, but 'They yelled at my employee until they were in tears' is a waaaaay worse offense. A good manager can use that. Hell, it can get a security guard fired!
tl;dr: We live in a capitalist hell but we can work the system and cry at work to shame awful customers

Thinking of your parents as wild party animals is so weird, especially since something that was considered an inconvenient prank that warranted a harsh lecture and at least a month of grounding then could get a teen a ten year prison sentence now. 😝
