I would like for @comicaurora to know that if and when they decide to do a troupe talk on genderbending/genderbent characters, there exists a genderbent version of her boi, Son Wukong. From the Touhou Project series, I present Son Biten (BEE-ten). She's a Sarugami (monkey youkai) that works for Hell.

And here is the next diptych in my little series!
A link to the past is an incredible game and I especially love the atmospheric beginning but if I had to choose a favorite 2D Zelda game it would definitely be Link's Awakenig.
I kept going back and forth on if I wanted to draw the master sword as it appears in the respective games or if I wanted to do one cohesive design for all of them. I finally settled on the latter as I think it makes for more interesting visual storytelling - where you see at first glance that they all wield the very same sword.
But idk both would have been cool I think.

In case anyone forgot, I love the Legend of Zelda games. I didn’t try the HD remake of The Wind Waker until the holidays 2016 though, but I’m happy for the treat it was. Tonight I felt like relaxing while doing a speedpaint of the mood from the final battle but I had so much fun emulating the style that I spent good 5 hours on this anyway…
