Too much eating food is not good especially if you eat one line of food like processed, only meat and etc. for it would be the cause of chronic diseases like cancer, tuberculosis, stroke and hypertension, however, there is a proverb that says the restricted is delicious and that is why people are having regret that they eat only processed and fancy and pay the great price. An egg is a round shaped food that is laid by hens and ducks to can be used in many varieties. It is rich in protein as well as fatty substances which makes it one of the most favorite food among kids because it is easy to cook and no hassle at the same time. The calories in egg is 76 calories which is good for the diet and can be cook in many varieties such as omelettle, scramble, fried, poached, and boiled with the matching salt to be more edible.
