Hi my little dragons! I have never before done something like this but I am in dire straights financially, having been laid off of my job at the end of July. My cat was today diagnosed with asthma and I'm not going to be able to afford his medication let alone rent, so I'm spiraling a bit right now.

I noticed for this a while ago. Thanking for and huge respect for Ewan.

I just wanna take a second to talk about Aemond’s fighting style because it’s a very specific detail that I picked up on. Thanks to only having one eye, Aemond develops a rather spinny technique. Those dramatic turns aren’t just for him to show off that hair, it’s a very conscious move that he uses to protect himself. Look at this gif below.

As soon as he passes his opponent, his blind eye is toward them. To fix that, he spins around, keeping his sword arm between him and his opponent and putting his good eye back on them so he can keep fighting. This technique will leave him more open to attacks from the back and his left side, but it keeps his eye on his opponent.

I don’t know, i just thought this detail was super interesting. It was a good way to keep a character’s disability in mind when staging and choreographing. Kudos to Ewan and the fight choreographer on this!

okay this is a warning to all hotd content creators like gifs, graphics. there’s this person in the hotd fandom that just keeps REPOSTING gifs from content creators and i am sick of it.

they did the same with my gifs a few weeks ago and when i asked them why they kept doing it they blocked me. so they know for sure that what they’re doing is WRONG!

they are still doing it, i had to log out to see it for myself.

the person in question is aemondtargaryensrider and you deserve to be called out for this. you are disrespecting content creators that have worked hours on their gifsets by reposting their work!

know that reposting other people’s work on tumblr is a big NO GO!

Good for him!!! The media and other things have some shits like dont respect a person’s life especially privates life. Some people act like some crazy shit like searching for anything about info illegally. 

Once again for new and old fans thinking and or hpping Ewan will attend any kind of fan events, despite the fact he has been private during his entire career on and off screen, never to rarely attends premiere events, and basically doesn't do interviews. Once again has been confirmed, he is not interested in attending conventions:

note: be respectful for Ewan's choice. There is a reason he doesn't (prefer to) engage with media, interviews, bts content, red carpet events, pictures or videos in general. And overall prefers to keep everything about his life on and off set pretty much private apart from a few on set appearances in cast mates/friends their posts that have appeared over the years (and even that is rare).
