I think the one thing that helped me with my relationship to shifting more than anything was making an effort to separate my DR from my shifting journey. Because ultimately, those two things are so fundamentally different.

Your DR is a full reality. Your shifting is an activity. You need to be able to separate these two things in order to process each fully. A lot of shifters will talk about the beauty of letting go, of not caring as much, etc. I think this lends itself to the notion that you really just need to separate the reality of your DR from the actual practice of shifting there.
Your DR is a full place, a full reality where you're living. It has places, people, a whole life for you. Your DR is not shifting, your DR is a place you already are. It's a life you already live. When you're thinking about it in your daily life, think of it like that. Think of it like your life. It's just another day! It's just another part of your life. Don't put it on a pedestal, don't associate it solely with shifting. Think about this life of yours as if it is as simple as your CR life. Recall these thoughts and memories as you would those of your CR.
Because shifting is but a means to bridge the gap. Shifting is a method you use to get there. It's a tool. Your DR doesn't exist because of shifting. Shifting exists to get you to your DR. Shifting is a small part of that entire life you're living in your DR.
I encourage you to take time to meditate on your DR and not at all think about shifting. Just meditate on what you're excited for about your DR, what you're expecting in your DR. Meditate on your life there. Meditate on your script. Do not think about shifting, just allow yourself to get familiar and comfortable with your DR itself. Allow yourself to realize that your DR is not shifting. Allow yourself to realize that your DR is its own life, and that shifting is nothing more than a means to get you there.
Feel free enough to ponder your DR without the weight of shifting. Let yourself fall fully into this space without that weight.

ITS PERSIST AS YOU SEE IT, NOT PERSIST UNTIL YOU SEE IT
some of yall have the mindset of: ‘persist until you see it’ instead of ‘persist because i know its done’. persist until you see it is so 3d oriented like if you dont see it, you get discouraged and then think your failing and then you lose faith and it leads to such a up and down cycle. this is law of assumption. assuming means you believe something without any proof. why would you persist until you see it if your job is to assume it done? assume its done bc you experienced it in imagination already (using any technique or simple decision). this means its actually persist as you see it (you see it in imagination and inevitably you will see it in the 3d because thats law). persist because it literally is yours. the key of law of assumption is that its already yours the moment you claim/assume it so. since the 3d is just you (imagination) it really is done. the moment you imagine it, you experienced it. assuming = go straight to the end. persisting = you continue to experience and choose the same outcome again and again. why wouldnt you want to keep choosing/experiencing what you desired which is now your reality? persisting means you have faith that inner self does have it no matter what the 3d shows. the 3d never mattered. if it did, why do people manifest in the most shitty circumstances? persist.

Maybe I’m overcomplicating it but how can I just feel I have it? Funny how easy it is to assume & think the negative and feel pain from it but unable to do the opposite..
you have to feel that you have it in imagination, not outside. sometimes we forget that, you’re not convincing yourself that you have it on the outside. you’re understanding you have it in imagination.

I just realized that the 3D doesn’t matter because the 4D is the only true reality. Whatever happens in the 4D HAS to be reflected into the 3D, it is the spiritual law and spiritual law can not be broken. That’s why the 3D doesn’t matter because it’s only a reflection of the 4D, so if you just change the 4D then the 3D has to change because it can only reflect what happens in the 4D. I’m sure this has been repeated a bunch of times but I finally understand it now. You don’t ever have to worry about the 3D because it’s just a reflection of your 4D, so just change your 4D.

──────── outer identity ────────
The outer identity: the name you have been given, the body you coexist with, the labels that you have allowed society to mark you with, the “her” who you believe yourself to be, is not truly you. The outer identity is a fleshy body that will decompose and perish within the span of a century. The outer identity is a mere mask in which we inhabit during our human existence, and the mind is nothing but another layer of that existence. 
The true identity is the outer’s counterpart: the inner. But don’t get confused with the mind, the inner, the true self, is not the mind. The inner lies beyond the mind, beyond that which can be conceived by the human mind, for the human mind is but a tool. ──────── awareness ────────
The outer identity, the mask, is not the awareness. It is a mere shell. You can be completely ignorant to what is happening to the outer identity, because it is not you. The true you is simply aware of what is happening to the the outer identity, the shell that you inhabit currently: whether that is physically, mentally, or in regards to your current life situation. You are simply aware of it, it is not you. You incorrectly identify yourself with it.
The world is faithful to your every word. Listening aptly, your awareness of being is what molds the experience of your outer identity…
Your bodymind facilitates the experience of everything: The feelings experienced by this body have been created by you. Your thoughts that you pay attention to create the feelings experienced by this body, whether those be feelings of freedom, love, or anxiety and limitation. Your body has secreted the hormones to allow for the perception of the new feeling, the new feeling brought about by awareness of being. As quickly as the feeling appears, it can disappear, through your awareness of being. For awareness is God, and to God, all is already his.
Yet, it is not your body that is “doing” these tasks. It is your current awareness. Your body is merely the tool through which your awareness functions. Your body is nothing but a tool, nothing but a means to an end, which is why you have lived countless lives through countless other bodies. Your body is not you, nor is your name. Your body is the means to the end, the means through which we wish to see Godliness realized, Awareness achieved, the illusion Broken.

You are not actually the outer identity, who is experiencing whatever is occurring, you are the awareness who chooses to be aware of what is occurring. 
Other outer identities are masks just as your own. They have no power within themselves, it is you who has conjured them up into existence.
“I tell you, God became as we are that we may become as He is. No one took God's life. He laid it down himself saying: "I have the power to lay it down and the power to lift it up again.”
You, God, awareness, bound yourself to flesh to experience the realm of human existence, to experience life in the physical realm. You, yourself, are the sole power of your existence. You are the sole holder of the power to decide the outer identity’s fate. 
We are not the outer identity, we are the awareness which shapes the outer identity. We have inhabited this outer identity and countless others, but in the end, we were never them. We were merely the awareness, aware of being them.

You are pure awareness. Because you are pure awareness, you have the ability to be aware of whatever it is that you would like to see appear in the flesh. Want to be a millionaire? Girl you already are. Want to be a straight-A student? You literally already are. Want to attend Harvard? Girl you already are??
“You see, this is a fictitious world and you are its author. Nothing is impossible! It's all fiction anyway, so live nobly and dream beautiful dreams.” Don't delude yourself with the illusions of your conditioned mind. They are not you. You are simply aware of them.
"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want" is seen in its true light now to be your consciousness. You could never be in want of proof or lack the evidence of that which you are aware of being. This being true, why not become aware of being great; God-loving; wealthy; healthy; and all attributes that you admire? It is just as easy to possess the consciousness of these qualities as it is to possess their opposites for you have not your present consciousness because of your world. On the contrary, your world is what it is because of your present consciousness. Simple, is it not? Too simple in fact for the wisdom of man that tries to complicate everything.

To attempt to change circumstances before you change your imaginal activity, is to struggle against the very nature of things. There can be no outer change until there is first an imaginal change. Everything you do, unaccompanied by an imaginal change, is but futile readjustment of surfaces.
Do not bow before the dictate of facts and accept life on the basis of the world without.
Assert the supremacy of your Imaginal acts over facts and put all things in subjection to them. Hold fast to your ideal in your imagination. Nothing can take it from you but your failure to persist in imagining the ideal realized. Imagine only such states that are of value or promise well.
What makes a present sense impression so objectively real is the individual’s imagination functioning in it and thinking from it; whereas, in a memory image or a wish, the individual’s imagination is not functioning in it and thinking from it, but is functioning out of it and thinking of it.
Enter the image of the wish fulfilled, then give it sensory vividness and tones of reality by mentally acting as you would act were it a physical fact.
Man must go back in memory, seek for and destroy the causes of evil, however far back they lie. This going into the past and replaying a scene of the past in imagination as it ought to have been played the first time, I call revision — and revision results in repeal.
I wish it were true of man’s noble dreams, but unfortunately — perpetual construction, deferred occupancy — is the common fault of man. 
When man finally identifies himself with his Imagination rather than his senses, he has at long last discovered the core of reality.
Man should daily relive the day as he wished he had lived it, revising the scenes to make them conform to his ideals.
Then, in imagination, read the revised letter over and over again and this will arouse the feeling of naturalness; and imaginal acts become facts as soon as we feel natural in the act.
If man does not always create in the full sense of the word, it is because he is not faithful to his vision, or else he thinks of what he wants rather than from his wish fulfilled.
If we had this wider view of causation — that causation is mental, not physical — that our mental states are causative of physical effects, then we would realize our responsibility as a creator and imagine only the best imaginable.
But causation does not lie in the external world of facts. The drama of life originates in the imagination of man. The real act of becoming takes place within man’s imagination and not without.
“The Gods have come down to us in the likeness of men!” 
The images of our imagination are the realities of which any physical manifestation is only the shadow.
Enter into the feeling of your wish fulfilled. Through spiritual sensation — through your use of imaginal sight, sound, scent, taste and touch — you will give to your image the sensory vividness necessary to produce that image in your outer or shadow world.

Change the image, and thereby change the fact.
We say that we are happy because we have achieved our goal.
It is possible to pass from thinking of to thinking from; but the crucial matter is thinking from, i.e., experiencing the state, for that experience means unification; whereas in thinking of there is always subject and object — the thinking individual and the thing thought of.
It is this “Eye of Imagination” and only this that can free us from the sense fixation of outer things which completely dominates our ordinary existence and keeps us looking on the reflective glass of facts.
We have to abandon ourselves to the state, in our love for the state, and in so doing live the life of the state and no more our present state. Imagination seizes upon the life of the state and gives itself to the expression of the life of that state.
In the world of sense we see what we have to see; in the world of Imagination we see what we want to see; And seeing it, we create it for the world of sense to see.
We see the outer world automatically. Seeing what we want to see demands voluntary and conscious imaginative effort. Our future is our own imaginal activity in its creative march.
Common sense assures us that we are living in a solid and sensible world but this so seemingly solid world is — in reality — imaginal through and through.

Man is All Imagination. 
Therefore, a man must be where he is in imagination, for his Imagination is himself. Imagination is active at and through any state that it is aware of. If we take shifting of awareness seriously, there are possibilities beyond belief.
We need not feed on sense-data.
Man is manifesting the power of Imagination whose limits he cannot define.
To realize that the Real Self — Imagination — is not something enclosed within the spatial boundary of the body is most important.
Mental traveling has been practiced by awakened men and women since the earliest days.
Paul states: “I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago was caught up to the third heaven — whether in the body or out of the body I do not know, God knows.” 2Cor.12
Paul is telling us that he is that man and that he travelled by the power of imagination or Christ.
In his next letter to the Corinthians, he writes: “Test yourselves. Do you not realize that Jesus Christ is in you?” [2Corinthians 13:5]. We need not be ‘dead’ in order to enjoy spiritual privileges. “Man is All Imagination and God is Man.” [William Blake, from “Annotations to Berkeley”].

DISMISSING THE 3D

in the loass community, "ignoring" the 3D is a very common phrase, but i find that this often leads to confusion and stress. i think that a much better phrase for it is "dismissing the 3D."
your subconscious responds to feelings. your subconscious doesn't have eyes; it cannot see your 3D. and your thoughts (dominant or not) do not manifest. your subconscious mind doesn't care what your conscious mind is thinking: it cares about your state.
your 3D is a manifestation of your previous state. your 3D doesn't look the way it does right now because of any thoughts you've had, it looks that way because it is reflecting your dwelling state. so how do you change your 3D? by changing your dwelling state.
you don't need to ignore your 3D, you need to dismiss it.
an example i'm going to use is one i've been getting a lot of questions about: you're living in your parents house in the 3D, but you're manifesting moving into your own place. how do you ignore the 3D?
you wake up in your old bed every day, in your old bedroom. you go to your old bathroom and take a shower in your old shower. you go to your old kitchen and do your old dishes and eat your old food. your parents talk to you and tell you you need to clean your old house. you sit down for family dinner at your old dining room table and talk about the things you did in your old house that day. then you sit down with your parents on your old couch and watch a movie on your old tv before going to sleep in your old bed in your old bedroom.
how are you supposed to ignore the 3D when you are constantly witnessing it? how are you supposed to not think about your current 3D when you are constantly dealing with it?
because you don't need to ignore your 3D, you need to dismiss it.
as i mentioned earlier, your subconscious is blind. your thoughts don't manifest. neither of these things are going to effect your manifestation. the only thing that will effect your manifestation is your state.
THE INNER MAN
let's take a little detour to talk about the inner man (i promise it's relevant)
what is the inner man? it's YOU. it's who you identify as, and it's who you are in your imagination. so when you imagine something, you are giving whatever you imagine to your inner man. your inner man is experiencing your 4D.
your outer man is the YOU who is experiencing your 3D. your outer man lives in your outer world, and your inner man lives in your inner world. however, there is no separation between your inner man and your outer man.
as Neville says, "where I shall go in imagination, I shall go in the flesh as well." you must give your inner man your desire first in your inner world, and then your outer world will follow. you cannot skip step one.
this is what i like to do: i give myself my manifestation in my imagination. still using the above example, we'll simply say "there. my inner man lives in my desired apartment right now."
now my inner man is living in my desired apartment. i made a little post about how i like to view my inner man as a little, doll-like version of myself inside of me, but it is not actually separate from you. my favorite way of dismissing is the 3D and shifting myself back to my desired state when something in my 3D shakes me is by reminding myself that my inner man already is/has what i want to be/have.
so, still using the same example, if i were to feel myself slip out of my desired state while manifesting my dream apartment--say that i was dwelling in the fact that in my 3D, i have to do chores at my parent's house--i'd remind myself that my inner man is already living in my dream apartment and that nothing i see or do in my 3D can change that.
there is a difference between dealing with your 3D and identifying with your 3D. in the example i just gave, i could've allowed my actions in the 3D--doing chores--tell me that my desire was never going to manifest because my 3D was showing me the opposite. i could've let myself dwell in the state of lack. instead, we recognized the 3D for what it is: a reflection of our previous dwelling state.
there's this comment i read on the Neville Godard subreddit that I really loved. it said: "the best advice i can give you is stop worrying about what your subconscious is going to think of what you're doing."
your assumptions manifest. what you do in your 3D is completely irrelevant unless you identify with it. your subconscious is not gonna see you doing chores at your parent's house and think that that means you don't live in your desired apartment. your subconscious mind doesn't have it's own opinions or ideas on what things in your 3D mean.
for example, say you wash your face and do your skincare every night, yet you are still dwelling in the state of having bad skin. which is going to manifest? your state, every single time. it's why that skincare product that everyone under the sun said helped clear their skin didn't work for you: you assumed it wouldn't.
if you negatively react to your 3D, that is an indicator you fell out of the state of the wish fulfilled. shift back to it, and then continue taking care of business. you're going to notice your 3D no matter what you do. your only job is to dismiss it, because you know it's not your true reality.
keep reminding yourself that your inner man already has your desire, and you're just chilling in your current 3D--no matter how opposite of the 4D it appears--until it catches up. your 3D is not permanent. you don't have to accept it as true.
the goal isn’t to ignore your 3D, it’s to let it pass without worrying about it.
an analogy that i read that i really liked was this: say you're in a disagreement with someone. they keep telling you that a song is sung by a specific artist, but you know for a FACT that it's actually sung by someone else. no matter what, they won't believe that you're right, and they're actually trying to convince YOU that THEY'RE right. but this is literally your favorite song, you know for a FACT who it's sung by, and it's not the person that they're saying. do you let them convince you that you're wrong, or do you stand firm in your belief?
that's how you should act in regards to your 3D. you know that you have your desire in your 4D. i mean, it's YOUR imagination and YOU'RE in control of it! you can have whatever you want in your own imagination! so are you gonna let your 3D tell you that you don't have your desire in your imagination? or are you gonna stand firm in the belief that you have your desire in your 4D?
that's all you need to do. you don't need to believe that you have your desire in your 3D, you just need to believe that you have your desire in your imagination. and YOU can control your imagination, so this should be super easy. give your desire to you inner man, and as long as you stay faithful to the fact that your inner man has your desire, your 3D will reflect this.

apply this to your manifestations. your only “job” is to fulfill yourself. to BE it in imagination. to be in your desired state. to give yourself that self concept. the rest is none of your concern. the how, when, but, what if, circumstances are none of your concern. as far as you’re doing what is yours to do, the rest shouldn’t disturb you.

How I Manifest With States
Step 1. I decide I have what I want
Step 2. I do nothing (maybe watch movies 😹😹💗💗) (or drink ☕️ and chill 💓💓) because now I have what I want, so there is nothing left to do 💓
Step 3. Every time I think about that thing I’ll say “I have it already” and that’s it! Usually this part isn’t even necessary because it comes FAST 🔥
You don’t have to affirm over and over or reprogram your mind, you don’t have to do 💩 to get what you want! 💗 All you have to do is decide you have it now and once it’s done it done, I know this works because once I said “I want YSL Black Opium Perfume so I’m going to have it soon” and the very next day my friend gave me two brand new bottles of it for free 🖤🖤🖤 I didn’t affirm more than once or drain myself with repetition, I just decided I want it so I’m going to have it and the very next day it came to me 💗💗💗 Not even just one bottle, but two! 💕💕
I know we’ve been told repetition is what manifests and that we have to affirm over and over for every single thing we want, but that’s not only not true, it’s also incredibly draining and stressful! Do you think GOD needs to worry about saturating their mind ???
We feel like we have to work for something so we affirm over and over to get something when really you’re so powerful all you have to do is DECIDE
So: How To Manifest With States 💗
Step 1: What do you want?
Step 2: You already have it
• You don't have to affirm 24/7 or affirm AT ALL if you don't want to! 💗 Because it’s DONE! Just decide you have it and tell yourself you have it every time you think of it! 💕💕💕 So let’s use states for someone who wants long hair but they’re bald: “Okay I decided my hair is long so it is DONE. There is nothing left for me to do. If I want I can say “I already have long hair” every time I think about my hair IF I want to but it’s already done.”
Decide you have it, and know there is nothing left to do, you are so powerful you don’t need to do ANYTHING but decide 💗 Don’t suffer with repeating affirmations all day everyday if you don’t want to, because at the end of the day it’s YOU deciding it’s true that manifests, not the repetition 💗
Don’t burn yourself out affirming all day every day for some breadcrumbs, go straight to the end and decide you have it now, so there’s nothing left to do 💗

this is a joint/collab post between @blushydior and @angelsinluv. this was originally bambi’s post so she’d written most of it but doesn’t want to post it on her blog for personal reasons. so we thought it’d be a good idea for me to post it on mine and put our knowledge together since it’s been the talk lately.
there are many different ways of understanding the law and manifesting your desires whether it be behind a scientific point of view or the principle, states.

now, let get into it.

☆ ┊ STATES
the sooner you understand and get the gist of states, the more seamless your manifesting journey will be. this realization is what brought bambi to manifest her dream life.
states manifest and thoughts don’t and i’ll explain why in this guide but in no way shape or form that i am pushing my beliefs onto you.
even if you don’t agree with that statement or are unable to fully click and resonate with states just yet know that states and thoughts work together to bring awareness to what mindset/story you’re entertaining.
for example, if you wanted to know what state you’re in, you would look at your thoughts. why? because when you change your state, your thoughts naturally change as well so therefore, thoughts and feeling are indicators of what you’re state in.
if your day to day thoughts are:
where are my desires?
why hasn’t the 3D conformed yet?
i didn’t get to saturate my mind today, now i won’t get it
you are coming from a state of lack. a state of not having your desire unaware that your imagination trumps the 3D. always.
i’m not saying it’s a crime to affirm all day. many people enjoy it so it’s not out of lack. it’s up to how you’re doing it.
with manifestation, you’re either in the state of:
being the person who has it
being the person who is trying to get it
in the law of assumption, what creates reality? your mind (consciousness)
so, if you’re affirming, visualizing, doing all these things IN YOUR MIND, to change your reality (3D) then…
BY DEFAULT:
imagination creates reality
the 3D is a reflection of your state of BEING
always look inwards for confirmation because that’s the true reality!

aka choose what you want to manifest!
state = your mindset / your state of being / state of consciousness. your I AM.
it’s what you identify as. your awareness of being.
choose what you want and embody the mindset of the person who has their desire.
for example, if you wanted $10 million, you choose to be in the state of fulfillment - the person who has $10 million.
that is now your state - the person who has their desire.
❝ the world is a mirror, forever reflecting what you are doing, within yourself. ❞
☆ ┊transform them into fact
now that you set the intention of embodying the person who has their desires, thoughts that align with your state will naturally flow to you.
as you can tell, thoughts and feelings are a product of a state but repeating affirmations, visualizing, doing whatever you want can also help you sustain and being into the state. that’s what techniques are for!
so what would you be thinking and how would you feel if you had your desire?
thinking = imaginal acts that include visualizing/affirming
thinking is not just affirming because there are people who think in visuals and others who think in forms of words (affirmations). do what feels natural to you. — blushydior
affirm: “i have $10 million dollars in the bank!”
visualize: any scene that implies you have $10 million dollars in the bank
feeling: nonchalant / at peace / etc. knowing you have $10 million in your possession.
that is now your awareness / state of being
feeling ≠ emotion!
feeling = accepting your desire as a fact that it is yours because consciousness is the only reality.
you don’t have to act as if. only think as if.
❝are you thinking from the state you desire? or is your dream just a passing fancy, a daydream you enjoyed for the moment & then dropped?❞
if you say you want money, are you gonna keep WANTING it? NO. to manifest, you ARE the person who has the money.
that’s it. that’s your state!!
YOU ARE THAT PERSON WHO HAS THE MONEY. simple. (that’s because the law is)
☆ try it right now with me!
close your eyes, claim you have what you want. by affirming, visualizing, whatever feels good to you.
see it, feel it, know that your mind creates your world. what you see is THE REAL FACT.
isn’t it liberating? BECAUSE IT IS.
you are free to do and have whatever you want! this is why the 3D, circumstances and feelings DO NOT MATTER. why? because YOU, the operant power JUST SAID you have it in your mind so why are you going to let emotions and the 3D effect you?
now, accept these thoughts and your state as facts because that’s what they are. consciousness is the only reality so if you say and know that who you are in imagination is true, the law has no choice but to reflect your awareness of being.
not all thoughts are assumptions and you are not all of your states!
the state and thoughts you identify with manifests.
you are always passing through a number of states throughout your days. a state of sadness, a state of anger, a state of nonchalance, a state of fulfillment.
dwell and identify with the state of your choosing = the person has all their desires!
it’s the same thing with thoughts.
“thoughts are just thoughts. thoughts accepted as true are assumptions. and thoughts/assumptions are products of your state of consciousness. feelings do not mean emotion. feelings = the acceptance that your desire is a fact in imagination.” — blushydior
like i said, thoughts are just thoughts. unless you assign meaning to doubts and affirmations, they hold no power. you do. so which one are facts and which ones are powerless?
your imaginal acts (visualizing / affirming) = fact
doubts, intrusive, negative thoughts = powerless. don’t even care enough to label them. they’re silly little thoughts.
☆ ┊sustain your state - persist!
all you have to do now is persist in that assumption and sustain your state until it hardens into a fact.
A COMMON MISCONCEPTION is that you have to CONSCIOUSLY be in the state all day everyday. NO. all you have to do is return to it/persist whenever you WANT to and WHENEVER you think about it
❝ You don't have to remain in a state if you have made a mistake. You can change states morning, noon, and night, but the state to which you most constantly return constitutes your dwelling place. ❞
SEE! it’s really no different. it’s the same as meditating on affs or rampaging, visualizing, thinking from your desire etc but it’s the fact that you are doing these things to make it natural & bc you enjoy it, not because you “don’t see it in the 3D” and you freak out then over-consume, affirm more, etc.
whenever you think about your desire, remind yourself that you already have it. 
if you caught yourself dwelling in a place of lack, for example, asking “where is it?” / “it’s not here yet.” — correct yourself. return to the wish fulfilled and feel it to be a fact in imagination.
and you keep doing that WHENEVER U WANT TO until it feels natural. like neville said, it’s like putting on a new suit. at first it won’t feel natural but over some time, you won’t even be “conscious” of it because you already / naturally feel fulfilled! read my quotes thread that relates to this.
this is where methods come in as well. it gets you to dwell in your state whenever and however you want.
methods don’t hold any power. you do.
it’s not a chore. it’s a choice.

you let them pass because you are already the person who has it all. if you identify as the person who has their desires (“i have xyz”) why would you let little doubts deter you? they can come in your mind ALL DAY but if you don’t identify with them, they don’t hold power.
if YOU know you’re already the person who has their desire, nothing and no one can stop them from conforming.
for example, if you were famous and all of a sudden you were told “no, you’re not!”
would you go:
“i’m not? oh my god… you’re right. i’m not famous!”
or
“uh…? wrong. because the evidence* is right there? i just said i’m famous so that’s what i am…. famous. lol.”
*evidence = you. your state/4D/mind.

☆ ┊ THE 3D. INTERACTING ≠ REACTING 
→ ┊ REACTING is looking at the 3D and complaining. settling for what you see as a fact.
EXAMPLE: seeing the opposite of your manifestation
DON’T: “my life sucks. i hate it here. see? this is why i can never manifest what i want.” and settling for these thoughts as facts.
DO: “it doesn’t matter what i see. what and who i claim to me in my mind/imagination is the real fact that has no choice to be externalized!”
→ ┊ INTERACTING is doing what you need to do in the 3D/physical world but knowing that what you claim in your mind is the REAL fact.
EXAMPLE 1: you’re manifesting a romantic partner.
physically: when someone asks you “hey, are you in a relationship?” you say no.
but in your mind you go: sike. i have the perfect girl/boyfriend 🤭🤭
EXAMPLE 2: you’re manifesting money
physically: you decline to hangout with your friends because you have no money at the moment.
but in your mind you go: “i literally have so much money lol ?? i’m the richest person in the world with all the money i have in the bank.”
EXAMPLE 3: attending therapy or venting to loved ones
physically: “life’s been really difficult lately and it makes me feel stuck. i had a few breakdowns and anxiety problems, etc.”
mentally: (after venting) “that made me feel a little better. i let my feelings out instead of bottling them in. i know i have/will get my desires! everything’s okay. i’m safe.”
it doesn’t matter what you do or say in the 3D!
consciousness is the only reality so if you continue to dwell in the state most favorable to you, that is all that matters!

☆ ┊the successes and failures when it comes to repetition
i’ve gotten a number of asks in the past asking me why they didn’t get what they want if they repeated the thought so many times. my only conclusion from this side of the screen is that you are in the state of trying to get it.
when manifesting, you don’t try. you either have it or you don’t. 
so are you person a?
“okay i have to affirm on loop for 20 minutes, 2 times a day or else, i won’t get it my manifestation!”
blushy’s observation: you aren’t being the person who has their desires if you still feel like you need to get them. so you do all these things like over-consume information, force yourself to affirm the same affirmations on loop 1000x, looking for more answers, etc.
you simply aren’t in the state of being. you’re in the state of lack / trying to get it.
how can you try to get something you already have?
so switch states! how? scroll back up.
or person b?
“i feel like saturating my mind. why not? it’s fun.” →
“i already have all of my desires because i said so. there’s no need for me to worry or stress because it’s already mine! it’s done…” and so on.
so do you have it? yes or no?

☆ ┊so why do states manifest and thoughts don’t?
a related question: do dominant thoughts manifest?
you can affirm all day and be able to affirm on autopilot in the middle of your sleep or doing chores but if you:
don’t accept them as facts (assumptions)
identify with them
are in the state of trying to get them by going: “i need to affirm more or else i won’t receive my desire.”
you won’t see results.
that’s why it can only take one decision for a manifestation to come to fruition. you fully accepted it as a fact that the version in imagination is the true person who has it whether it be a desire or doubt.
it’s all about the knowing it’s already yours in imagination - that your success is inevitable and it has no choice but to conform and harden into fact.
it’s called the law of assumption for a reason! you accept these assumptions as true WITHOUT any evidence because you know that imagination creates reality.
❝ This is the law of assumption so, if you assume that repeating affirmations all day will get you some kind of movement / your manifestation, that’s what you’ll get. It’s the same thing with techniques and methods, you give your thoughts and these ways of manifesting power. Thoughts are products of your state of consciousness but it doesn’t mean they’re all true. The idea that dominant thoughts manifest makes it seem tedious. The law is simple. Especially for people who are new to the law, you’re introduced to this idea and you begin to police every thought you have and affirm all day, everyday to make sure that your every dominant thought surrounding each topic in your life is a positive one. That’s exhausting and it’s not supposed to be. It contradicts the fact that you don’t have to make a smidge of effort in order to get your desires. all you have to do is accept it as a fact that you are the person who has their desire and you will manifest faster than the speed of light.
this is my opinion but i don’t like the idea of affirming so much to wait until a thought is dominant so it can manifest. it’s very limiting.
it is a fact that you ARE the person who has your desire! the reason why affirming on loop and “dominant thoughts manifest” concept works for others is because they assume it does.
❝ an assumption, though false, if persisted in, will harden into fact. ❞
if you are affirming on loop and aren’t seeing results, this may be your problem and understanding states is the solution you’ve been looking for!
☆ ┊why do people affirm on loop?
this goes along with manifesting with hard circumstances and being a neurodivergent!
i state in my guide that i knew i was the person who already had my desires and since i was constantly filled with intrusives, doubts, and other things (i didn’t identify with them, i just wanted them to lessen) i repeated them as reminders to made me feel better to saturate my mind that: “yes! i do have it.”
saturation is NOT necessary. you don’t need to do it but it helps in many cases as a technique to sustain your state and coping mechanism. it makes persistence easier for many.
another thing. 
if you are this person: 
“okay i’m going affirm all day and then i will get it!”
you will succeed because that is the assumption you’ve created. you fully accepted it as a fact that if you repeat it over and over again, you will get your manifestation.
so yay! you got it.

Man's biggest misconception is believing that manifestation is physical, that it's your job to make sure those manifestations show up.
If they don't, you're told to persist, think about it more, affirm robotically, try harder, and as a result, you end up walking in a trap of repeating and failing that many of us were victim of.
Then you tell yourself you're probably imaging it wrong, you're not affirming enough or maybe you're just not enough for your desires.
But this is NOT what loa is, not what Nevielle was teaching and not what Edward art is explaining.
When we say assume that you have your desire, we're talking about the 4d. It's only in your inner world where you can make things happen.
The law isn't about changing uour surroundings, it's about changing you because that's all there is.
I mentioned in my previous post that when u admitted to myself that when I admitted to myself that I can't manifest, I felt this freedom within me, that's because I stopped forcing myself and stopped trying to find a way to make things happen.
Many of us keep the 3d alive because we're looking for an answer, but what you need to realize is thag you can't, you as the outer man, can't make a brand new face, you can't fly and you can't make things show up out of thin air.
But in your imagination you can do all of these things can't you? You can change your face, you can fly as high as you want, you can manifest in 5 sec, you can go to sleep jn New York and wake up in Paris.
That is the inner man, that is who you are, and that means you've been manifesting successfully this entire time.
The problem is not how vivildy you imagine, how much emotion you put into it, how much you affirm, it's what you pay attention to and feel to be the truth.
When people say they get results in 5sec, they do in the inner world, assumption can only live in the inner world, that's the only responsibility.
With me saying that you can't do something in this community, you'd believe it's a lie because loa bloggers always tell you there's nothing you can't do.
But you need to accept that yhe outer man is powerless, you as the outer man can do nothing, unlike the inner man.
By doing this, you let go of the 3D because the the outer man stops looking, don't tire him and leave him be.
All you can do is accept or let go.
When you wear something you don't like and you want to change, do you change your clothes to change your reflection or do you change it to change yourself?
Start with gentle reminders throughout your day that you're free to imagine what you wish, that there is no one else but you and that what you seek is never the actual object of your desires, but the feeling of it's truthfulness, it's reality.
Many of you have terrible 3D circumstances. This does not mean you ignore your 3D but you do not react to it. Just like Edward art said, you must learn how to go on about your daily life as an observer not a reactor.
Let me ask you this, you can imagine what you want and live as you want jn your mind, and sometimes you get negative or intrusive thoughts right? And what do you normally do when you have a thought like that? You notice it and let it go the next sec right? You've observed it but you didn't occupy it, you just thought of it as a stupid thought.
Why is your 3D different from that? It's not. You notice bad things in your reality all the time, but that does not mean that you occupy ot right?
Prioritize your 4D over the 3D. It takes time when you've lived your life being taught the opposite all the time, but it can surely happen.
This way, even if you spiral, you can get back up easily because you've learned that since your reality, beating yourself up when you're down is exactly what life will show back to you.
I remember reading a certain post from @aphroditeapprenticee that I related to a lot. They said that they thought once they mastered loa they would feel like the baddest bitch in the universe but now they ende dup feeling at peace, calm and in control.
I definitely feel the same way. I thought I'd feel powerful and like no one could touch me. I tried to force that on myself, but obviously, it didn't work. Instead, through the right understanding of loa, I ended up feeling right. I don't know how to explain it, but there was this sense of euphoria in the back of my mind like everything now was alright. I felt a sense of security and treated myself with a kind of gentleness I never received before.
That is because I gave myself permission and stopped a strict mental diet of checking every thought, affirming mindlesslly like a parrot ( as nevielle would put it) and blaming myself for the 3d.
Now reading about loa does not feel like work, I get excited to read loa posts from certain bloggers that helped me understand Neville's teachings.
So, to recap this post:
your only power and responsibility you have and can have is you. There is nothing you need to change or can change, but the conception of yourself. You can only accept or deny, only feel or observe.
The way you leave the 3d alone is by leaving the outer man alone. Let him be, and don't make him go around looking for something he is too limited to see.
If you're spiraling because of it, you're either using the 3D self go look or you're using imagination to change your circumstances.
Loa isn't just a tool you use and leave once you get what you want. It's a journey that requires the death of your limited self, your previous beliefs, and the bravery to face yourself.

I’m sure you get asked this a lot so forgive me for this, but how do I change my physical appearance without….y’know, obsessing over the 3d ?? i don’t know why but physical appearance is what I’m struggling with the most bc all I have to do is look in the mirror or even look down. I feel like I do accept the imagination as truth, I really truly do believe in all of this stuff. but it also feels like I accept the 3d as well too much. It feels like I’m stuck between the two realities tbh, and both are fighting to have most of my energy and attention. So I guess another question would be how do I balance the 3d and 4d in my life? I don’t think I want to completely dismiss the 3d and see it as irrelevant.

I've been there as well where i tried to avoid mirrors as much as possible. please don't fight with your 3d. your 3d is a gift you received from god(yourself). your 3d is a simulation of yourself and should be highly honored as such. I'm 100% against the "fuck the 3d, 3d is my bitch" attitude.
you’re obsessing over the 3d because:
a) you're still trying to change the 3d
ditch this mindset immediately. it won't aid you in any way. if you want to be successful, you are going to have to ditch this "i want to change the 3d, my 3d needs to change" mindset one day. there is no other way. manifesting isn’t about changing the 3d although that’s what attracts most people to this community. your goal isn’t to change the 3d. it’s not your job to change the 3d. your job is to change your self-concept aka your state of consciousness. that’s all you are concerned with. you only spiral because you think it’s your job to make it happen in the 3d, so when the 3d goes wrong, you think you must be doing something wrong.
b) you're not fulfilling your desire in imagination
desires are within and must be fulfilled within. i’ll preach this until the day i die. it’s not “once i get my desire in the 3d, i’ll be fulfilled”. no. you fulfill yourself in imagination. that’s the only place where you can truly fulfill yourself. once you fulfill yourself in imagination, you won’t look for results in the 3d because you already feel fulfilled. that’s when the 3d results suddenly seem irrelevant to you. you realize that this whole time, you didn’t actually want results in the 3d, you wanted to have it in consciousness/imagination. results in the 3d is a bonus, not your priority. desiring is a confession of not being it. so, if you’re still desiring, that’s already enough of proof that you have not fulfilled yourself within.
c) you're not identifying yourself with your true self(the invisible you) but instead with your avatar(3d self, body)

to your next question,
"how do I balance the 3d and 4d in my life?"
3d isn't something separate from the 4d. would you say 2d is separate from 3d? probably not. a piece of paper is 2d, and it exists WITHIN 3d. so, 2d is a part of 3d. it's the same thing. 3d is WITHIN 4d. they're not separate!

there is no "outer world". there is nothing "outside" of you. though it appears without, it is within!! everything in the 3d appears to be without, but it is within since 3d is a tiny section that exists in 4d just like how a piece of paper(2d) exists in 3d!
there is no "balancing" the 3d life and the 4d life. you're always living in imagination. always. you can never stop imagining because imagination is who you are. this is equivalent to 2 dimensional bugs such as ants asking how to balance their life of 2d and 3d. whether they like it or not, they’re living in the 3d. but since they’re 2d beings, they can only sense 2d with their physical senses. but it still doesn’t change the fact that they’re living in this 3d world. it’s the same thing for us. 
when you see something you dislike in the 3d and think to yourself "ugh! i hate this! why is it like this?", where is that taking place? in imagination, in your consciousness!! everything and everyone in the 3d penetrate your brain. so, it is in your brain, in your consciousness/imagination(i don't believe in brains but you get what i mean). everything you experience in the 3d, you experience through your consciousness. everything is consciousness.
the only thing you can do when you see something undesirable in the 3d, is to not accept it and be indifferent to it. the key for me is not identifying myself with it.
there was a girl who lived in neville's time and went to neville's lecture and asked him how she can change her undesirable circumstances. she went on and on to explain her situation. and you know what neville said? he smiled and said, "don't accept it". she then realized that no matter what’s going on around her, she was under no obligation to accept it as final. she started focusing on the fulfillment of her desire instead of her circumstances, and she was able to manifest in 2 weeks. 
if there’s something in the 3d that doesn’t deserve my precious attention, i simply do not identify myself with it. there was recently a family drama where my grandma had a beef with my aunt and she called my mom crying blah blah blah. what did i do? i didn’t identify myself with it. there was no need to resist or fight with it. i simply do not identify myself with anything that does not serve me or make me feel good. 
say you want hazel eyes. but in the 3d, you have brown eyes. you identify yourself with your inner self, which you always have been, and fulfill your desire in imagination/consciousness only. then you’re conscious of having hazel eyes and have this inner conviction that you have hazel eyes because you do. then you catch your reflection in the mirror and see brown eyes. what do you do? don’t identify yourself with it. 3d is a magnified mirror of your (inner) SELF. so, you seeing brown eyes in the 3d is simply a remnant of the state you were in. but you’re no longer in the state of having brown eyes. therefore, it shouldn’t bother you in any way. you simply don’t identify yourself with it. plus, when you fulfill your desire in imagination and identify yourself with imagination, the 3d no longer bothers you because your desire feels so real. you can’t even deny it.

my beauty is beyond human comprehension, even though people desperately want to capture it thru music, paintings and sculptures. when people see me they want to decide their entire life to try to encapsulate my allure, gracefulness and magnetic aura. to no avail, i cannot be copied, even the greatest artists wouldn’t be able to even come close to replicating my enchanting, dreamy and surreal visage.

i value myself highly and never underestimate myself because i know how powerful i am. i know that i am intelligent, strong and perfect in every possible way. i am very respected and my presence is intimidating, hypnotising and absolutely unforgettable. my aura is intoxicating, addicting and i am not afraid of being myself and i know that everyday i keep evolving and improving mentally, spiritually and emotionally. my personality is extremely charming and people are naturally attracted to me. i only need my own validation.
once people see me they are unable to forget me, people trip over their feet to try and compliment me. when they finally approach me they are so in awe of how even more perfect i am when up close that they suddenly are at a loss of words. people constantly shower me with gifts, write poems about their undeniable love for me and yet it seems like they believe that they will never be able to express their undying love no matter what they do.
when someone looks at me it feels all though all their problems and worries suddenly washed away and they cannot think about anything else then me and how to make me happy. when i give someone even the slightest bit of attention they get filled with bliss, gratefulness. but it’s expected i mean i am completely irresistible and my beauty is undefinable.
no one and nothing can ever compare to me. it simply isn’t possible to surpass my level of knowledge, allure and everything comes so easy for me, it’s like everything is rigged in my favour and i truly don’t have to put in any effort, everything falls into place for me while i just exist being my perfect self. i am healthy, protected and i only have positive experiences. i know myself and i am secure with who i really am, i always get opportunities that lead me to fulfilling my dreams.

guys. the state of the wish fulfilled covers the fact that you have your desires. whether it be 1 desire or a million.
you don’t need to enter every single state for each desire, just step into the state of the wish fulfilled. how would you feel now that you have everything you want? persist in that.

you can be it in imagination(consciousness) because creation is finished and that version of you already exists. you simply BE that version of yourself.
it's really simple when you understand it. you don't have to be it in the 3d. it's okay if the 3d is overwhelming because it's not about changing the 3d. it's about BEING it in consciousness(imagination) ONLY.
I remember my only goal is to BECOME the one I want to be IN IMAGINATION ONLY. So I think about something I want to be, anything. Then I assume I AM that IN IMAGINATION, and in Imagination I can be all things -ed art
you fulfill your desires in imagination by BEING the person who has it already. it's okay if you're not that person in the 3d yet. you identify yourself with imagination/consciousness. you really already are it. abdullah was right when he said "you're already in Barbados"
this is why neville's book at your command is my favorite because that book really focuses on being conscious of being it.
Praying, as we have shown you before, is recognition – the injunction to believe that ye receive in first person, present tense. This means that you must BE in the nature of the things asked for before you can receive them -neville
what can you not be in imagination? in this infinite plane of existence? ask yourself that and dare to be it by daring to assume that you are it. continue being that person within yourself as a present fact regardless of the senses. your body will catch up.

HOW NOT TO CHECK THE 3D FOR VALIDATION
A good perspective that I thought of. That I already have my desires and that I never check the 3D for validation.
Does a pregnant woman keep checking if she has a baby inside her? Just because she can't see it. No, She knows she has it.
Let's flip this around to understand you have all desires. No matter What you think in the 4D, the 3D has to conform. Just because you can't see it in the 3D yet doesn't mean shit. You already have it because you decided to have it in the 4D.
If you feel you're going to wavier or spiral. (This isnt working, hes not texting me back, manifesting is so hard for me etc...)
Go back and Think of this pregnancy perspective. And keep affirming and persisting.
You do not need to look for your desires in 3D. You have it because you said so! It's done!

Hi Bambi! Lately I've seen a ton of blogs saying "thoughts don't manifest, states do" and encouraging people to "change their state, conjure up the feeling of being in the state they want and live in it" and I don't know what to believe anymore. We always said feelings and emotions don't matter, cause assumptions (aka, thoughts) manifest, and now suddenly feeling is super importante and thoughts aren't, I mean what is it?
They even said that if you can't change states you can't change your thoughts. And I don't know if I'm misinterpreting or if they've bonked their heads a little too hard

thoughts accepted as true are assumptions.
and thoughts/assumptions are products of your state of consciousness.
feelings do not mean emotion. feelings = the acceptance that your desire is a fact in imagination.
so yes, states manifest and thoughts don’t. i have a post about states and how to manifest i’m working on! but this isn’t to say to complicate the law. this has always been a natural thing. you’re in a state all the time. the one you dwell in, manifests.
