Morning bike ride, although I only had time for 40 minutes, so I'll do 20 minutes of core cross training later today. As usual Tailwind kept me going no problem but man I hate those hills on a bike. Just ran my first 10K distance wise. Never imagined I would do this. In fact at a happy hour several months ago I was talking running to a couple dudes about wanting to do a 5K some day and he said sure then you can work towards a 10K.
