Pause
Hello everybody! Thank you all for your continuing support! Sadly due to corona, inability to contact Spotify support and overall just not having enough time we have to pause working on our socials and website. We will still be doing our Spotify playlist so tune in there! THANKS

Many of you had asked where is our Featured playlist for these past few days. The answer is: we don’t know. And communication with Spotify is more than frustrating. It is REALLY frustrating. So for now we have recreated the playlist again (for now). Please follow the new playlist here: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/2XEjMl7YfoVdYnzY8SR1AV! Thank you all for the continuing support!

The Asthmatic - India (Improv)
Today's featured track is all about unique voice and interesting performance. This one probably won't be everyone's cup of tea, I am a big fan of the minimal production with highly affected vocal. While I am not a big fan of The Asthmatics' more danceable songs, their minimalist compositions certainly have a place in my library.

Faubourg - Relentless
Let's be honest here. Who doesn't like Archive? And if you are like me perhaps the main reason you listen to them is the "hop" part of trip-hop. When I got sent this new track by unknown producer Faubourg I recognized the phrasing and flow immediately. Rosko John! This might as well be Archive track and I wouldn't notice. And that's not a bad thing.

Praers - Midday Moon
As I grow older my tastes change quite a bit. Today I look mostly for something new, unusual, with sounds I have never heard before. But once in a while, I get the tinge of melancholy for the good old days. Praers and his Midday Moon is perfect for such a mood. As good as my favorite band Folly & The Hunter. Just a bit more DIY. Perfect music for autumn.

1954 - Hermann's Dream
It is not often we feature a track from a respected label but looking back this project certainly deserves more attention. This minimal sound with attention to detail might not be everyone's cup of tea but I loved it from the first listen.

Scoobert Doobert - I Love Money
Groovy, low-key, without hurry. Scoobert Doobert comes at you with straight honesty. No pretending, no complicated ornamentation. I am sure you will like it!

Brian Crosby - Moon Child
Simple, clear. Just as I like it. It is true that this kind of simplistic minimalism might be just inability to create something more layered. Or that the piece just aims at the superficial market of background listening. Something that will get more people to listen because it is easy to listen to. On the other hand if it strikes you as true, maybe there is more to it. I will let you decide.

Nadia Kamrath - Fever Dream
I am a sucker for beautiful voice. Sometimes the instrumental might not be as interesting but the voice! Well, here is one for the fans of London Grammar and similar bands. Simple song but beautiful anyway!

Fiordmoss - Madstone
Fiordmoss is one of those bands you can't understand how they didn't made it yet. From their incredible trip-hop Portishead-inspired EP to much more original, dark, and tribal sound today, Fiordmoss keep making great music unrecognized. I hope they won't give and I do hope they will find some new fans here.

KONEKTOR - 1-2
We receive a lot of progressive house for our playlist. But more often than not the track is a loop stretched over a few minutes. KONEKTORs debut will take you on a ride and never repeats itself. While the master could be a bit stronger I think this track deserves your listen.

SLOW / AMBIENT
I was thinking today that we haven't featured any ambient music yet. I couldn't decide on what to feature so just check our whole playlist! Put it on shuffle and explore the infinite.

Jax Anderson - I Don't Care Anymore
Wonderful little track. Simple bass, minimal lofi production, great lyrics and vocal(s) reminding me a lot of my favorite hip hop artist Kate Tempest. Really worth a listen!

Zeko Deshoda - One More Time
Today we have something that brings me back to my younger years. Just grazing in the grass with wind fluffing my fur. Listening to somewhat sad yet upbeat dance music. What I love here is the brutal sound of the bass distorted to the limit but mixed well. Balanced with great voice. I am sure you will like this one.

Alex Turr - Frizzi
Today we have just something simple. Something I like a lot. Low energy, mellow, almost ambient techno. Something to listen to while looking out the window.´
