Something I find interesting thematically when it comes to both the red-and-black oyl Robin suit and Red Robin, is that both represent Depression Arcs for Tim. (Right in a row, but they have different causes).

And in both cases the only traditional Robin color that is missing entirely is green.

Like there isn't as much yellow, but it's still there.

And green is canonically Tim's favorite color.

So its absence is suitably representative of the joy being removed from his life.

In an alternate timeline not too far away, Greta did join Darkseid at the end of Young Justice 1998 and the Female Furies were successful in capturing Cassie during Wonder Girl 2007.

When the two former teammates meet again on Apokolips there is plenty of intense emotions and old hurts to go around.
