Bit of a weird photo, but look closely ad it is yummy chocolate muffin in a slow cooker. I saw the slow cooker Baileys Christmas cake go viral and I tried it. I was please with the results, I am going to make another and share. Anyway, I thought why not try some other cakes in the slow cooker. So ..... I made a large batch of muffin mix up and instead of spooning it into muffin cases i dumped it all into my slow cooker. I cooked it on low due 4 3/4 hours and I got this. It seems very nice sliced up. Hey everyone, I am back. I haven’t been too good, it’s a complicated story but I have some complications giving me a health problem. More on that later. I’ve finally finished after several breaks from making it. I used Red Heart Super Saver Stripes yarn and it made an interesting pattern. One corner ended up greens and one oranges.
