Hobonichi Weeks with Chronodex Layout
Hobonichi Weeks with Chronodex Layout
As you know, I prefer circular schedulers and have been using the Spiraldex after a very short stint with using the Chronodex. Recently, however, I have been swayed back to the Chronodex and have switched back to using it.
I stamped my Hobonichi Techo Original with Chronodex since November 2018.

The inaugural Sydney Pen Show was held at the Lighthouse Gallery of the Australian Maritime Museum on Saturday, 18 August 2018.

It was a roaring success! With an army of volunteers, the organising committee headed by Mark Hopson and Sophia Le delivered a dream. The very first pen show to be hosted in Sydney.
For the first 100 through the doors, they were rewarded with a goodie bag courtesy of Milligram (milligram.com.au). While the first 100 tickets bought through Eventbrite received a free bottle of Robert Oster’s new ink especially created for the Sydney Pen Show 2018, Sydney Lavender, together with a signed certificate from the creator himself.
Show merchandise included:
SPS18 Pin
Robert Oster Sydney Lavender
Pen Hoodie

Pen Leather Sleeve

Vendors included Pensive Pens, Melbourne Pen Depot, Palaton International, Pen Ultimate, P-Press, Not Just a Card, Schumacher Pen Company, Renniks, Journals, Calligraphy Supplies Australia, Suespense Calligraphers, Larry Post, and Dymocks Stationery.
There was a Scavenger Hunt for the kids to enjoy which was won by xx
A Pay It Forward table was set up using the generous donations from suppliers and the fountain pen community. It’s a premise with a promise. An expression for describing the beneficiary of a good deed repaying it to others instead of to the original benefactor (Wikipedia).

While the Trade Market was where community members were able to sell their wares without having to set-up their own table. This table was for those who only had a few items to sell.

Visualise My Day
Having used a vertical scheduler for years, I stumbled upon the Chronodex and immediately took a liking to it. It is visually appealing and is based on the clock face. Being a visual person myself, this way to represent my day makes more sense in my mind. At a glance it is easier for me to see what I have going on for the day.

Ringed Hobonichi
I have always been in rings ever since I started planning way back in late 1990s after attending a Franklin Covey 7 Habits of Highly Effective People course. I started using fountain pens a few years ago and naturally discovered the Hobonichi Techo which is a great match for fountain pens.
Because I missed being in rings, I thought about incorporating the Hobonichi Techo book into rings by…
