I have many things I love in my life... Two of which are EMS and weight loss/fitness. I love EMS so much, that I became an EMT-I and married a Paramedic. I love fitness and weight loss so much, that I became a ZUMBA instructor. This blog is devoted to them, and every now and then other beautiful things that I like. When I started to lose weight I thought maybe I’d lose a few pounds. I had tried every diet ever since middle school and this was my senior year of college.
I started at 160- thinking I’d go down to maybe 150 or 140.. I’m now about 115 which is smaller than I ever thought I would be in a million years. I’m so thankful to my family and friends who supported me and still support me to this day! Anyone can do it!
