The Spinjitzu family should be actual royalty and I will not be taking criticism on that. Like I’m talking they have the power to veto any government decision in all of Ninjago. Garmadon and Wu don’t get involved with politics that often since their prefer to leave it up to the mortals.

Playing Skyward Sword and looking for Nayru's Flame and I need to gush over how much I love the design of the past versions of everything in the Lanayru Desert!

It looks like (to me) how like the marble statues from Ancient Rome supposedly would've looked like when painted, with all the reds, yellow/gold, blue

I don't think that was the exact inspiration bc I don't know when that was discovered but it's really cool how vibrant the Lanayru past is when it could've easily not been.

How many of the Movie ninjas would be amazed with how advanced their power set gets/or damn what the hell happened

And how many of DS ninjas would have the thought process of "Oh you poor sweet summer child."

Headcanon that Sky is terrifying in crisis. He shuts down and throws himself at the problem from every possible angle until it's solved. He becomes scarily analytical and emotionless.

He's always been somewhat like this, relatively calm in the face of danger and uncertainty, but the straight up cold calculation is a product of his adventure. It's how he managed to kill Demise. It's how he survived.

Then the moment everything's over all of the panic and exhaustion crashes over him all at once. Whenever the Chain finds themselves in a fight Sky will be there tearing through entire hordes of enemies. He'll be there helping when they all patch each other up in the aftermath. But the moment it's done he's done. Whether it's sitting against a tree or a rock or unconscious on the ground the mind-numbing fatigue will take him out.

Sometimes he hates it and sometimes someone will grumble a bit about it but other times the entire group will just flop on the ground with him.

Sometimes he hates that the cost of his efficiency is the crash afterwards but sometimes he remembers that it's okay to rely on the others.

He doesn't need to push himself to the brink to survive anymore. He learns to let the emotions happen without pushing them down or letting them control him. And even on the bad days they remind him that it's progress.
